Terra Nova Hotel

Everything is fine but it would be better if the staff can allocate guests to a separate floor which is further away from the noisy tour group.

My wife was about to go to take a shower, closed the door (without locking) to hang the towel and then tried to open it again, and that's it, she's locked inside !! To recap, she did not lock the door in the first place ! Contact the reception, who in turned contact the doorman, and in the end contacted the maintenance guy, and all in, my wife was locked in the toilet for almost an hour !! The lock eventually was smashed into pieces before the door can be opened! (Good lock though) Needless to say, they changed for us another room and thankfully, it was uneventful :) Not a bad hotel, in fact, not our first time there, and will be there in the future too, but does leave my wife a phobia and she dare not lock the door even after changing room. (just imagine if she's alone in the first place and I'm not there to know that she's locked inside !!!)

It's not our first time staying here, and while the first time we have very bad experience with their WiFi, this time, everything is smooth sailing. We spend 2 wonderful nights here and we will definitely be back again.

Overall is good, the only thing is the cleanliness, when we go in the room, can see the dustbin is with garbage thrown by last guest. Even there are toothbrush(used) placed in the toilet window...

The room's decoration is quite old and not bright enough

the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, they even provided us with information on which places to eat like a local. the only slight set back of this hotel is at night the sounds of cars and motorcycles on the main road are heard by us as it is located directly in front of the main road. But overall i liked the area very much as we have ample parking space in front of the hotel and places like Movida is just walking distance away. And we don't have to put any parking coupons as its not required at that area yet.

Its a basic and comfy hotel with eatries around. Cons: No breakfast provided. Nearest cafe is not open in the morning. Need to drive around the area to look for food.

The room was spacious, very comfortable, worth the price. I love the view. The staff was very helpful and nice. Location wise, not much place to eat around the area however I do love the Pine & Dine restaurant just next to the hotel.

Quite a nice and comfortable hotel. It seems to be located in a newly developed area. Not many eatery places at that point of my stay at the walking distance.

It's a very basic hotel, for the price paid, guess you can't expect much.

The rooms are generally comfortable and nice to stay.

With a security sitting in front of the main entrance make me feel comfortable n safe while going to parking area during midnight

I was love the Twin bed so much as there have prepare all the necessary that you need in the room & bathroom.

The staff was so kind as the appointed taxi didn't show up on my leaving time, I need to rush to the bus station to catch my flight. The staff drive her car to send me at last few minutes. That's really helped me much!! Besides, room was great with the fastest wifi I ever had in Malaysia.

It was a nice stay last year, but this time it's quite disappointing.

At first, we got a main road facing room, after request for a room change due to noisy, the staff was willingly to change to a non main road facing room. They are very helpful and considerate to customers.

Nice, strategic location. Friendly staffs. Will stay here again on next visit.
