All good & love to stay here. Very nice & clean room. Only one problem here. The lift is out of service & still remain unusable after 3 weeks. I hope the management can look into this seriously & repair it the soonest. Is very inconvenient for any visitor, who have big/heavy luggage to use the staircase. Thanks.

The best inn in town. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean. It is also near to malls and at the ground floor level, there is western restaurant you can try dining in. Very recommended

It was a pleasant stay. The water was a bit not satisfy though due to low water pressure at the upper floor i guess but overall is good. The bed was comfy and the receptionist is super duper friendly. Recommended to everyone!

Luxury Budget Hotel, super clean and nice interior. The only downside is no hotel parking, public parking which kind of risky at night. Bedroom was superb, toilet was clean too. Love everything about the room! Affordable rate and will come again.

Keadaan bilik hotel cukup selesa dan kedudukan hotel yang strategik. Staf kaunter ok cuma sedikit terkilan disebabkan tiada usaha untuk memenuhi permintaan pelanggan yang memerlukan perkhidmatan setrika sedangkan lebih kurang 4 kali call kaunter servis. (p/s: sila bawa dterika sendiri jika sangat memerlukannya contoh untuk kenduri/kursus sebab staf tiada usaha untuk memenuhi permintaan anda untuk menggunakan iron). Diharap pihak hotel dapat lebih berusaha untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan tersebut dengan lebih baik, tq.
