non-smoking rooms. if smoking will be fined rm300. 5 star hotels can also smoke. my husband did not smoke. We want to check out the room, suddenly there is a cigarette in the bathroom. we were really surprised. also televisions with 2, 3 channels only. we are very sorry about that and we are very dissatisfied.

The room was really nice, and the staff was nice too. The only problem we had was the bar next to our room (we shared a wall) and it was a really loud Chinese karaoke until early morning. We couldn’t fall asleep until 3-4am. Even with the earplugs it was too loud.

Air condition was not cool according to the setting we set wish is 16°c. We had inform the service personal but she give a reason air condition is like this. Ask for change room and she said there is no room to exchange due others are still not check out yet. They seem like we have never use and aircon before. Service was good. They provide early check in for us and provided rent motorbike. Even provide temporary keep luggage free of charge. No window for this room.
