세트장처럼 모든 곳이 완벽했던 곳입니다. 매우 친절합니다. 서비스는 더할 나위 없었고 바의 여성싱어 분은 아름다운 노래를 들려줬습니다.

첫 세인트 레지스 투숙이라 기대가 많았습니다만 기대만큼 좋았습니다. 특히 버틀러 서비스는 감동 그 자체였습니다.. 조식은 뷔페와 주문요리가 함께 제공되어서 좋았고 전용해변 오른쪽 끝에 위치한 카유푸티도 꼭 추천합니다. 다만 수영장이 작고 수질관리가 필요해 보이더군요. 기회가 된다면 다음에는 풀 스위트에 묵어보고 싶습니다.

the service is not the same class of the reputation of st. legis hotel. staff looks very clumsy and not trained. they are not well organised and managed and way under the expectation especially when it comes to the 5 star hotel resort. the food is not enough diversified for foreigner.

This place is amazing!!! The service is just incredible. We tried several restaurants and they were all great. The Spa was awesome! Hope we could stay longer. We would love to come back soon.

Great property. Beautiful and well maintained. Staff was amazing. Kayuputi restaurant was fine. Our only complaint is that the room temperature always defaults to 24 C after an hour or so no matter how many times you change it. Some of the nights we woke up sweaty since it got hot underneath the comforter. Overall stay was great. Strongly recommend!!!

Beautiful resort in its own private beach. We were upgraded to a suite with a Seaview from the little balcony. It was very quiet due to a lot of cancellations due to flight problems, our suite was beautiful. Twin double beds and huge bathroom. Food was excellent as was the attentive friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to make your stay wonderful. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The pool is heavenly. Highly recommend.

We stayed in an over water villa and the room was amazing. View from the room was spectacular and the room was open airy and spacious. Only drawback would be there is not enough shaded areas to get away from the sun. But that really is minor. Wilfred and Shabir were amazing as they we were so personal and warm and made us feel welcomed. Really made an immediate impression on us. Can't wait to go back.

Cannot fault this hotel, the room, communal spaces and the staff are all incredible. We stayed as part of our honeymoon and the team made it so special, nothing was too much. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The suite we had was amazing in presentation and in size. Very comfortable in ecery aspect. The hotel service was impeccable and the staff always wanted to please. Truely a luxury experience. The breakfast was amazing as well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The entire staff was outstanding, especially Surhal at the pool. Food was great. Probably one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at and we are world ttravelers.

Fantastic 5 night stay at The St Regis Langkawi! From pre-arrival contact with their butler service to departure drop off with one of their drivers at the airport our stay was wonderful, free from worry and truly relaxing. Having the butler service contact via WhatsApp was extremely helpful for assistance booking dinner reservations, spa treatments, transportation etc. Every member of staff that I encountered was so kind and friendly and seemed to love their jobs and cared about creating special memories for the guests. The staff go out of their way to talk to you to ensure your stay is exceptional and to get genuine feedback from you too. The breakfast offering is probably one of the best I’ve ever had, large variety of options and everything is super fresh. During our stay we dined at all of their restaurants and although Kayaputi was a special culinary highlight it was wonderful to dine under the stars at the Pantai Grill, amazing meats and fish cooked over charcoal. The service and care at L’Orangerie must be noted and again great food and optionality. I had two treatments at the spa, super relaxing, plenty of treatment options but it would have been great if there were steam and sauna facilities too. Thank you for a lovely stay and we hope to visit again soon.

An unforgettable benchmark of luxury and service !

The room we had was excellent and spacious. The room was kept clean & check & good amenities. Only down side was the t.v. as was due to be upgraded so we had bad signal. We were given the option of an apple box but we had to subscribe to. The staff were amazong from the reception to kisten staff. We were wrlcomed & supported with dietry requirements. From the moment you arrive you feel like royalty! The staff are so wonderful, friendly and helpful and I loved the gong being rung as I arrived , the delicious drink and sweet . The entire property was exquisite. Our room was gorgeous, spotless , spacious and had a wonderful view of the sea . The breakfast buffet one of the best I’ve had . We really loved the Champagne Saber every evening- such a luxurious and unique touch .we tried all the restaurants and bars and loved them All

Das St. Regis ist mehr ein 3* als 5* Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aber das war es auch schon. Leider ist das Hotel sehr verbraucht und dreckig. Kaputt Möbel, verrissene Kissen. Sauberkeit geht anders. Das Essen kann sehr gut sein und beim nächsten Mal wieder unterer Durchschnitt. Sehr schade, hier erwartet man mehr für den Namen.
