방은 넓고 깨끗하며 편안했습니다! 프리미어 클리프 베이 스위트로 업그레이드까지 해 주셨어요. 기념일 침대 배치를 요청했는데 정말 최고였어요! 귀여운 기념일 케이크도 보너스로 주셨어요. 몬순이 지나고 나면 꼭 다시 올 거예요. 고마워요, 타라스.

2019년에 타라스에 두 번째로 묵었습니다. 멋진 해변이 있는 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 7월에 비해 파도가 더 컸지만, 그래도 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 교통 담당 직원인 데디가 정말 친절했습니다. 2020년에 꼭 다시 갈 겁니다.

숙소는 정말 평화로웠어요. 커플이나 가족끼리 놀기에 적합했어요. 아이들은 액티비티와 놀이방을 정말 좋아했어요. 하지만 몬순 시즌 때문에 터틀 베이에서 스노클링을 할 수 없어서 너무 아쉬웠어요. 거북이를 만나러 다시 방문할 거예요 :))

말레이시아 관세청의 발표에 따르면, 2023년 1월 1일부터 말레이시아 비거주자 또는 비영주권자에게 관광세가 부과됩니다. 호텔에서 체크인 시 관광세를 징수할 예정입니다. 관광세는 객실당 1박당 10 RM입니다.

ANSA 30-Seater Boat The ANSA passenger boat accommodates up to 30 passengers with 2 crews departs from Merang Jetty, Kuala Terengganu to Redang Island. The boat is available for our guests with flexible timings strictly based upon request and availability of the boat. The service is pre-arranged and therefore kindly contact the resort directly. ; Important Note: All guest will have to pay jetty fees of MYR5 per person imposed by Malaysian government at Merang Waterfront Jetty upon arrival. Public Ferry Public ferry services are available from Shahbandar Jetty to Village Jetty in Redang Island. Kindly contact ferry operator services from Sejahtera Ferry Services Sdn Bhd at +60(9) 622 5233 to obtain ferry schedules or placement of reservations.Kindly take note that boarding time is 30 minutes before actual departure time and the ferry services are available from March - October every year. Marine Park Conservation Fee In conjunction with our government’s efforts to conserve marine life, a fee has been imposed which will be used towards management and maintenance of the marine parks in order to provide facilities and convenience to visitors. 비행기 시간이 애매하여 공공페리를 오전이나 오후배로 들어간다는 메일을 보냈고, 당일 따로 오후에 들어간다는 연락을 못했는데도 픽업하러 나와 주셔서 고마웠습니다.
화장실은 깨끗했지만 침대시트 새로 깔아주지 않았습니다 전에 사용했던 분들의 머리카락, 오염물, 모래같은 것들이 있었습니다.
냉장고는 작고 균형을 못 잡고 있었고, 열이 많이 났어요. 그냥 실온보다 아주 조금 괜찮은 정도~

Really beautiful beach. You can swim or snorkeling private beach. And next beach(kayaking or swimming) you can see many turtles.
Good service & nice cozy room. well designed.
there is no place to eat nearby Resort. if you want go another beach(ex. long beach) you must go by boat.
Resort service was nice but little expensive .even non-powered activities(like snorkeling, kayaking) rental fee.

Price was a little high reflecting current state of resort.
My toilet blocked, but took quite a long time to be fixed - and toilet was stinking all over the night.
View was amazing, breakfast was good, and the Italian restaurant was good too, but the canteen?
(lunch available restaurant; in front of the pool) food was not very good.
Some part of the building requires serious refurbishing.
Bedding and A/C were both good and sleeping in wild was amazing.

멋진 화장실에서 계속 냄새가 나서 화장실 갈때마다 고역이었음.
게다가 이정도 리조트 규모이면 식당 음식이 맛있어야 하는데, 그럭저럭..

It was the first time to go to Malaysia. I think it was the best choice that I have made in this year. First, the beach was great and there were various activities to do in there. The people in the resort were so kind. The food were good enough to stay for 3-4days. I suggest you need to download some music in your phone before going the resort since I had hard time to use streaming service because of the slow 3G and wifi.
Except for the slow network, the others are perfect.

It was absolutely amazing , peaceful and relaxing but with so much to around the hotel as well. My fiancee particular loved the karaoke . For me the turtle swimming , relaxation and food (calamari best I ever had )

The beach was clean and pristine. The hotel has a variety of sporting activities you can sign up for and you can also take part in baby turtle release. The hotel staff are friendly. Hotel breakfast buffet is so so. The only downside is the beach has lots of sandflies, two weeks after our return the sandflies bites still itches. Indeed the use of insect repellent is necessary. The hotel does provide repellent near the beach. We stayed in the two-bedroom hillview deluxe room. The room was spacious for my family consisting of two adults and two children. The room does come across as dated and needs some renovation. Some parts of the room (e.g the bathroom countertops) was also not well cleaned so housekeeping needs improvement.

The hotel is in need of a renovation. The first day we stayed we got food poisoning, there are no other dining options that looked enticing nearby so we were forced to eat all our meals at the hotel and it is the worst food I have eaten on this trip. The towels are old and rough, everything is dated and although the team are nice, it cannot make up for the experience. The kids room is dark and dingy, the table tennis rackets etc are falling apart, the hand soap dispensers are broken etc etc
