비스타 호텔

전반적인 경험은 만족스러웠지만, 미니 냉장고가 없고, 일회용 호텔 슬리퍼가 있고, TV 채널이 제한되어 있는 등 일부 편의 시설은 저렴한 가격에 비해 실망스러웠습니다. 하지만 제 앱 예약이 시스템에 반영되지 않은 것에 대한 간과에도 불구하고, 리셉셔니스트는 친절하고 세심했습니다.

My twin room was clean, comfy, quiet and met expectation in overall. In room amenities were in good condition and functionality. Receptionists and other staffs at day and night time were nice and courteous. I appreciated their service, kindness and assistance during my stay.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategik dan kemudahan semua ada seperti kedai makanan, kedai runcit. Sesuai untuk travel backpacker, tetapi perlu ada apps grab untuk lebih mudah.

I enjoyed staying at this accommodation. Generally, it is clean and new so I will be back staying at this hotel in the future as the location is easy to find and the rate is affordable at the time of booking. The shower is great as well. air-conditioning is perfect in my room. The staff is polite and friendly throughout my stay. I wish I can stay longer but I only needed a night there. The only hiccup I have is during check in moment when the hotel did not have my reservation although I have booked with traveloka. I suspect that my reservation got lost somewhere and they did not pass the information to the hotel since the receptionist told me I had booked with a third party website. Luckily they are able to find a room for me after a last-minute cancellation from other customer. My advice for future customer is to book directly with the hotel to avoid disappointment.
