Cleaning seevice fee is on guest side? I'm only stay one night and this like disaster. No water drink complimentary at all.

Service not equivalent with price, need waiting also cabinet has bad smells.

As part of their policy, we are charged Rm50 cleaning fee on the day of checking-in. However, the whole unit was not cleaned up properly and had to deal with a rude cleaner lady who came subsequently and did a sloppy job. Terrible experience for a trip I was looking forward to.
