Amazing reception service by Malik! Excellent breakfast service by Rachel, Kim, Maria and catered for our Halal dietary requirements throughout. Delicious food. Amazing view from our room and daily room (morning and evening) service. Just wished the spa/swimming pools would open past 8pm and kids could stay later past 5pm.

Good room nice service

The hotel is a bit dated, and the indoor swimming pool is small with restricted hours for children.

Es waren wirklich schöne Tage in diesem Hotel. Alles sauber, alle sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das einzige was wir zum aussetzen hätten war, der Chlor geruch im Eingangsbereich und dass der Vorhang um 20 cm zu kurz war und somitdurch das Balkonlicht immer Licht im Zimmer hatten. Die Matratzen waren auch sehr weich, das ist natürlich Geschmachssache.

Staff was very helpful and nice. We loved the overall vibes of the hotel. Perfect for a family trip.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit ein offenes Ohr hatte. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und frisch, und die Lage des Hotels ist ideal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Personalet er meget venlig, værelset er lidt slidt ikke 5☆, kun en bar i loppyen, der mangler en rigtig bar. Morgen bufeen fin. Regørring af værelset dårlig.

Booked as a VIP Access stay, but there was nothing VIP about it. I was supposed to get a bottle of wine on arrival which I never received. Housekeeping was minimal. Water and toiletries were not replaced and were described as “arrival only”, despite paying for each night. Basic hospitality was lacking throughout the stay. At breakfast, while I was still eating and close to finishing, I was asked to move tables and carry my plates because the service time was over, even though other guests were still seated. No grace period and no courtesy. I left breakfast feeling rushed and uncomfortable. The breakfast itself was barely edible. Food service was very poor. I waited one hour for a sandwich that never arrived. Later, the restaurant staff refused to give me salt and I had to involve a duty manager just to get something basic. What kind of hotel refuses salt? I raised these issues with the managers but they issues kept building up so I emailed guest relations, the emailed me back asking me to a see a duty manager when I return but I knew I had already talked to them so just left. Overall, the experience ruined what was meant to be a relaxing Christmas break. Very poor hospitality and not worth the VIP Access label. I would not return. The staff try their best not to help you. They are heavily undertrained and anything you ask them is either refusal or pointing to to some other department to pick it yourself.

Great staff, hotell is in old condition

The staff are friendly and helpful but the rooms are not the cleanest, I got a rash from my stay and not sure from what. The breakfast is ok, just your usual breakfast stuff nothing amazing but they do make you fresh tea/coffee/orange juice/poached eggs if you ask them. There are lots of pools and the spa is really nice with the pool and jacuzzi downstairs. There was a man doing building works on the on the property when we’re relaxing by the pool and making a lot of noise so the hotel did not think about that as part of providing good service take of that what you will.

There was no airport shuttle, atleast that’s what we were told when we called the hotel to get picked up.

Amazing

Excellent property and location. Lots of construction happening next door but not an issue of noise. Our only issue was when taking a shower, the water would flood the bathroom floor due to the glass seal did not keep the water from leaking out.

We loved our stay at corinthia. The weather wasn't great but the hotel and staff surely made up for it . There is a huge building under construction in the area but once we was in the hotel complex this was not a problem at all . The hotel is beautiful with direct access to the sea and the staff are exceptional. We will be visiting again . Thankyou

The area around the property was undergoing extensive construction which limited access and was a health and safety issue to the point of being dangerous. The hotel itself and facilities were excellent. However, I was mistakenly charged for four shuttles when I only had one. I disputed this and the mistake was resolved. Although something to bear in mind for customer service.
