We had an amazing stay & couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our first anniversary. The hotel made our celebration even more special by surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. This hotel is the perfect place for couples looking to relax. The atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are spotless & the outdoor pool & beach access are fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive & always happy to help. Communication via WhatsApp made everything much easier & more convenient. The team responded very quickly to our questions & requests, which made the whole experience smooth & stress-free. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Every meal we had at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Everything was well organized. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic & relaxing getaway & we would love to return in the future.

FANSTASTISKT - OM DU ÄR MELLAN 16 och 60... Hotellet var fantatsiskt, läget ännu mer så, i varje fall om man i huvudsak sökt sig ditt för att njuta av läget och komforten - det låg bokstavligen i strandbrynet! Personalen var i särklass; otroligt tillmötesgående och genuint omtänksam. Rahul på Frontdesk (dagtid) och Maria (natt) måste nämnas särskilt! Men, och detta är ett viktigt men: hotellet är inte öppet för barn och ungdomar under 16, och det blir snart uppenbart varför även om det tog ett tag innan jag såg den stora spegeln i taket ovanför vår säng... Vad som inte sades, men snabbt blev uppenbart var att det inte lämpar sig för seniorer eller handikappade som längtar efter sol och bad. Bassängen på taket såg fantasikt ut - men det fanns ingenting att hålla sig i för att ta sig i och ur. Solstolarna var än värre - inte en chans för en senior..... Stranden såg lockande ut från balkongen, men att för att ta sig även de få metrarna från hotelldörren till badstegen måste man klara stag ner utan stöd. Badstegen hade bra, höga sidor, men stegen var runda, rostiga och med ett långt kliv mellan stegen. Summering: Ett av de bästa hotell jag bott på, och med fantastisk personal! Men utomhus måste du vara fit!

Good breakfast, you can order your preference from the menu. Staff were really great reception best in class. One thing … allowing external clients to come to occupy pool and beach side sunbeds… means you cannot maybe find a place as a hotel paying guest. These people come, leave towels on sunbeds and disappear for the day… that needs to be monitored better for paying hotel guests. Otherwise recommend the Hotel.

The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, truly one of the best I've ever stayed in. The rooms were luxurious, the amenities top-notch, and the views were incredible. However, I was a little disappointed with the service, especially considering I'd mentioned it was a surprise birthday trip when I booked. I was really hoping for a small gesture, like a birthday card or a tiny dessert, to make the occasion even more special. It's a small detail, but it would have made a huge difference. We also noticed that our room was different from the other rooms as our light at the front door wasn’t working and the toilet flush seemed broken as it took multiple attempts for it to flush properly.

Chambre au top avec le jacuzzi vu sur la baie, le petit déjeuner en terrasse avec le lever du soleil, le diner également sur la terrasse, la piscine intérieur dans la grotte, le rooftop avec une vue incroyable... Tout était réuni pour passer un agréable moment

Check in & check out les plus longs du monde….on rédige des papiers, on agraphe, on archive et…on recommence. Vous êtes pris pour des brigands de grand chemin: on exige une caution qui demande une validation par mail qui n’arrive pas. On réessaie…toujours pas. Pas de mail, pas de chambre. Alors que vous avez déjà payé d’avance l’entier séjour. Au départ vous restez dans le hall le temps qu’ils montent vérifier la chambre. Jamais vu ça nulle part au monde. Par contre belle situation et personnel du restaurant ADORABLE. Mais je n’y retournerai jamais et ne le conseillerai jamais à mes amis. Une dernière chose: Damare resort « et spa »: il n’y a pas pas de spa. Juste une piscine intérieure avec des jets.

From the beginning, there was a serious water leak in our room that flooded the floor. We were given a new room, which we appreciated. However, this room was also affected by a leak from the room above, with water coming through the bathroom ceiling. We also experienced a loss of electricity in our room on one occasion, and another day there was no water in the bathroom for all guests. On the positive side, we want to highlight that the maintenance team responded quickly each time and tried to fix the issues promptly. We have also been patient and cooperative throughout our stay, and we asked for compensation due to the inconvenience. We were told we would receive a response within 2–3 days, but we have not heard back. Overall, while staff responsiveness was good in the moment, the number of serious issues and the lack of follow-up regarding our complaint affected our overall experience.

Property is okay, but it’s not really a resort. And there is no gym.

Amazing view of the bay from the hotel bar, restaurant and infinity pool. Rooftop pool with complimentary lounge beds were a big plus. Bar drinks and food very good. Breakfast very good. The location of hotel wasn’t great if you want to do anything besides stay in the hotel as there are no shops, and only one or two bars or restaurants nearby. There is no walkable central area for shopping. We had to travel a lot by Bolt taxi and bus. The hotel would suit a couple on a spa break but would be disappointing if you thought it was near amenities. We had to pay a €200 damage deposit on checking in which we didn’t expect. It was refunded a few days after check out. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean with big TV. We didn’t like the mirror over the bed. Not for us!

Das Frühstück könnte man per Karte und auch am Buffet wählen und es war alles frisch.

Wij hadden prachtig uitzicht op zee met ruim balkon. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel en alles was schoon. Ontbijt a la carte en een buffet. Zeker aan te raden, wij hebben daar een fijne tijd gehad. Mooi zwembad op het dak en een binnenzwembad helemaal beneden met toegang tot het strandje.

We had a short stay at the Damare Resort and Spa and I can only describe the experience as exemplary. I booked a Premium Room with hot tub in the room...... outstanding! The Front of House staff were helpful and friendly beyond anything I could expected, from checking us in, late checkouts, advise on landmarks, carrying out a welfare check on a sick friend staying in another room, to the attentive restaurant staff. Because we were there for a Stag Party, we didn't use many of the amenities, but what we did use was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely recommend this to my circle.

An absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms and all the hotel spotless. The staff were so polite and helpful always with a smile and couldn’t do enough for you. We ate at both the pub and restaurant and both were superb and reasonably priced. Both pools were lovely and relaxing. It may be a bit far out but lovely and relaxing and we used the buses or bolt to get around. Would highly recommend.

The property is located little bit outside the town but the nearby area here is also very nice. This property offers room at very nice location and with a spectacular view. Special mention to the breakfast offered in the morning which was fresh and as per the choice. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this place.
