Good location n good staffs

위치는 정말이지 굉장히 좋았습니다. 다만 방은 몰타가 전반적으로 그런 것 같습니다만, 타 국가 3/4성급 호텔에 비해서는 다소 부족하지 않았나 싶습니다.

좋아요 깔끔하고 위치도 좋구요 대신 제방엔 욕조는 없었지만 큰 불편함 없었습니다!! 몰타가면 또 이용하고 싶어요!!

무엇보다 조식이 참 좋았어요. 가짓수도 많고. 어매니티도 괜찮고. 위치도 세인트 줄리안 쪽이라 괜찮구요.

The hotel was great , rooms large and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a lot of selection. Hotel is in a very convenient area bus at end of street takes you to the old town and ferry terminal. Late at night it is a little noisy as there are bars close. But overall it was a great hotel.

Good breakfast, good choice and nice quality. Stayed in separate building and pipes make a lot of noise when everyone having showers.

房间的门无法锁住，酒店不提供城市税的收据，体验不好。

Clean room, excellent staff and very good location - close to bars, restaurants, beaches... The best value for your money.

Staff very friendly, good choice of breakfast but cooked could do with being hotter.. at the start.. room serviced well too , would highly recommend

My stay at Hotel Argento was overall okay. The location of the hotel was good and convenient. However, I must say that the hotel looked much nicer in the photos than in reality. The breakfast was good and acceptable. The only thing I really didn’t like was related to the payment process. I thought the room charge would be automatically taken from my card, But during breakfast, the staff came to my table three times asking for my name, and after breakfast they even called me about the payment. This made me feel uncomfortable and negatively affected my overall experience.

Do not recommend staying here! Not even close to a 4 star hotel. Terrible bed and pillows! Leaving with a back pain! Unfortunately I trusted the good reviews that this hotel got but they’re not reliable. Water damage throughout the hotel. The walls and interior are in bad shape. Not very friendly receptionists. Did not get asked how are stay was when checking out and had to wait for the receptionist to come. Room- can only speak for our room but it was not good at all and does not look anything like the pictures. Terrible bed that did not have a mattress!! We had to ask for one and only got a very thin mattress if you can even call it that. Pillow terrible. I’ve stayed at hostels with much more comfortable beds. Water damage and dirt on the walls. Could not take a shower without getting bathroom floor soaked. Cleaners did not refill toiletries after cleaning. Had to ask twice. Overall not very clean. AC- not working as it should only have heat even though the setting is in cool air.

7 steps to reach the hotel lobby but guy at the desk was nice and helped me with my bags. At 74, I cannot carry heavy bags up/down steps. As I was there for only 7 hours to catch a flight home, not the best judge but staff was very nice. Malta is a happening town, even at 3:30am and the hotel is well located.
