Stunning beautiful oasis in Malta. It was a short but incredible visit.

This is the most beautiful hotel. The breakfast every morning was delicious. The hotel is gorgeous and the service impeccable

Couldn’t get a reservation at the spa or the restaurant. We really like the hotel but the annex is inconvenient: didn’t like having to go outside from the spa and hotel to access our room. Guests should be advised of this in advance. The breakfasts were fantastic. And the view from the restaurant is amazing. But, very inconvenient not being able to get a drink in the restaurant. The staff were terrific: very courteous and helpful.

Great location at the heart of Valletta, beautiful rooms with the best view across the harbour. A meal at Ion is a must/highlight

This hotel is one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were beyond excellent. Our room overlooking The Grand Harbour had 3 balconies. The views were amazing.

The Iniala Harbour House is a fabulous property. The experience they’ve designed for their guests is simply flawless. Our suite was amazing, with beautiful touches everywhere we looked. By far the very best in Malta.

A lovely characterful property in a quiet, yet incredibly convenient location. Our suite in the Hideaway was on the top floor with a mezzanine level and outdoor spa pool. The view towards the harbour and of the three cities was amazing. However, for someone less mobile the spiral staircase might be tricky to climb. The hotel was very luxurious and the service first class. We will definitely return as Malta has so much to offer and 3 days wasn’t nearly enough time to experience it all.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son standing 5 étoiles, mais notre expérience a été loin des attentes que l’on peut avoir à ce niveau de prix. Équipements insuffisants : Il n’y a nulle part où étendre les serviettes après une douche ou une baignade, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Technologie défaillante : Le Chromecast ne fonctionne pas, et malgré nos signalements, aucun support efficace n’a été proposé. Impossible donc d’utiliser la TV correctement avec nos propres appareils. Petit-déjeuner hors de prix : Le prix demandé est exorbitant par rapport à la qualité et au choix proposé. Nous avons trouvé des options bien meilleures en dehors de l’hôtel pour un coût nettement inférieur. Chambres dans des bâtiments séparés : Il faut sortir à l’extérieur et marcher sous la pluie pour accéder au petit-déjeuner, au spa ou à la piscine. Ce manque de praticité est vraiment frustrant, surtout en cas de mauvais temps. Pour un 5 étoiles, on attend une meilleure organisation.
