It was the first time we were travalling/booking this way. We were surprised, everything was so easy doing. We would do it next time the same way in the same Guesthouse. Situated centrally by the port Quiet and very clean Just to reconmend friends

We had a lovely, well kept room 1 block away from the Port. Eady walking distance to restaurants. What's Ap communication were answered promptly. We were able to find street parking. Lovely, colorful port.

The room was clean however the bathroom was not to good standards. The drainage for the sink and the shower were awful. Every time we showered, the dirty water was up to our ankles as the drain was blocked. Similarly, when brushing our teeth, the sink would not drain.

Hier ist deine professionelle Bewertung: --- Das Port View Guesthouse hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Die Apartments sind brandneu und im gesamten Gebäude liegt ein sehr angenehmer, frischer Duft – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und die Betten extrem bequem – man schläft sprichwörtlich wie auf einer Wolke. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Direkt die Strasse hinunter befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, was die Fortbewegung sehr einfach macht. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die fantastische Terrasse. Dort gibt es täglich von 8 Uhr morgens bis abends kostenlosen Kaffee, den man in entspannter Atmosphäre geniessen kann. Je nach Buchung kann man dort im 4. Stock auch frühstücken – mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Kissen, die zum Schlafen etwas zu hoch und dadurch unbequem sind. Das kann am Morgen zu Nacken- und Kopfschmerzen führen und wäre definitiv ein Verbesserungspunkt. Abgesehen davon waren wir rundum begeistert. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen – eine hervorragende Unterkunft mit einem sehr hohen Standard.

The self check in, no staff on site experience, was challenging, especially downloading your passports via phone in a foreign country. It did work. There is a lot of construction near by. Our pick up van couldn't even get through the street and had to back up the entire street to get out. Lucky it was 4 AM. Parking really isn't even available. We left too early to take advantage of the breakfast. This is a bed and breakfast. It was clean and quiet (Sunday night) and served the purpose for one night close to the market and airport. The heat did work (early March) and there was no additional cost.

Convenient location to the harbour and local eating places. Room was quiet and well cleaned.

We liked the guest house inside, our room was spacious and the beds were a good size, although the bathroom was small. The staff were very friendly and helpful and check in and check out was really easy. We didn’t love the location, we had booked a ‘sea view’ room, but you could only see the sea from the balcony, our room was overlooking the side street and it looked out onto a derelict building plot which was messy and dirty. It was a convenient location and you could reach the harbour really easily, so very quick to pop in and out. We were only here for 2 nights at the end of our trip as we spent most of it on Gozo and we wanted to see a bit of Malta before we left, I think in hindsight one night here would have been enough, it would be easy to see this area and fit in a boat trip etc in one day.

Overall, it was a great experience with this hotel. Very professional and accommodating staff. Room was very clean with all the necessary accessories.

Beautiful property. Very close to the harbour. Easy check-in and out. A great base for exploring the area.

We loved our stay at Portview! Everything was spotless, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, the bed and pillows were excellent. The management had a complimentary bottle of wine and two big bottles of water in the room for us. There was also a small fridge, safe and dehumidifier in the room. Lots of restaurants nearby and less than a block away from the lovely Marsaxlokk harbor front and a bus stop. Breakfast was included and was excellent....coffee, juice, cold cuts, fruit, toast, cereal, yogurt and fresh baked mini croissants! Breakfast was served on a scenic terrace which was also a great place for afternoon coffee or tea. We would definitely stay here again!!
