깨끗하고 좋았어요^^ 근데 씻고 나면 화장실 바닥에 물이 좀 흥건해서.. 미끄러지는 것만 조심하면 되요!

The people there are very friendly....the breakfast was okay...the best was the Omelette;))) Big Supermarkt SUPER U is only 4 minutes to walk....yu can buy all what yu want !!

Great spot- super views from rooftop deck and staff were friendly. Free parking out back was nice too

Mooi hotel met beperkt uitzicht op een stukje van de baai. De stoep voor het hotel licht wat scheef en de entree komt niet zo luxe over. De kamerdeuren en badkamerdeuren sluiten moeilijk vanwege klem zitten. Er wordt veel gedweild waardoor het hout uitzet. Gevolg: lawaai overlast. Ontbijtbuffet is prima maar wordt saai omdat er geen variatie was. Personeel is vriendelijk

Hôtel très bien placé près du centre ville de Gd Baie. Chambres spacieuses avec salon particulier. Peut déjeuner attentionné. sur le roof toi avec vue sur mer. Très satisfaits de ce séjour

Our stay was truly wonderful. Room was super nice and cozy. Exceptional Service as well. Overall well worth it and affordable.

Pas réussi à dormir de la nuit, logé au 4eme étages malheureusement c’est l’étage de la salle de jeu où on lieu les activité de l’hôtel …

Bon accueil personnel chaleureux..un peu bruyant lors des animations (évitez le 3eme étage).. mais s est excusé de la gêne occasionnée

Pros: location of property near many restaurants and Super U Housekeeping staff very friendly Cons: phoned ahead to make sure we could check in an hour earlier. Was told it was ok. When we got there, had to wait 1.5 hr after check in time. One of the female receptionist was not friendly nor was a simple apology given. The others were more personable. This place is rated 4 stars but in No way is it a 4 star hotel . The room was spacious but the furniture and bedding were stained. Bathroom was disgusting. Had a stench every time toilet was flushed whether it was no. 1 or 2. The shower stall was in need of replacing and a thorough cleaning of soap holder. I could not feel comfortable without using flip flops to take a shower. Toiletries consisted of shower gel and 2 very small tubes of conditioner. No shampoo. It's too bad because the hotel has potential but in it's current condition, I would rate it a 2 star hotel.

Good location, however our room wasn’t ready until about 4 hours late, and then when we finally got the key, the room smelt of vomit. We then had to wait another hour or so for it to be cleaned again (tried asking for another room, but hotel was fully occupied). Hotel gave us a free meal to apologise. Room was cleaned every day, but never felt that clean. Towels always smelt fousty and were always stained. Music also far too loud from rooftop bar. Could hear it far too much late at night. Rooms were nice and spacious, so could be a great hotel if they fixed some fairly basic things.

Great room. Only issue was that shower leaked when in use which meant floor would flood. Breakfast was ok although it could have a bit more variety. Overall decent stay.

This hotel was a big dissapointment, for that price it should be much better and comfortable. The bed was hard. Felt like i was sleeping on the floor. The bathroom was not like the pictures. It had black molds here and there. The room smelled like mold. The furnitures felt like they were really dirty. Had stains all over the couch. The pool is kidney shaped and it is very smal. The internet is the is very slow and dissconecting all the time. The only thing good about this hotel was the restaurant on the roof and its staff at the restaurant. Overall os this hotel small and expensive and it was not worth it. If you still will book then don’t expect it to be nice at all.

The hotel is across the road from a harbour with beautiful sunset view. There's also a bus stop a few mins from the hotel and it's walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel has a beautifully decorated rooftop restaurant where you can watch the sun rise from there. The staff are lovely and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.
