Warning is a big red flag They are advertising this property with a kitchen fully equipment When I got there all was a lie no washing machine not even pan to cook no chopping board no knife no Internet I have to wait for 48 hours before the Internet property smell like a sewage drain problem toilet paper they give you like in half use is lot more is endless complain I end up doing a shopping unnecessary shopping just to survive my 11 days You have no privacy they watching you all the time, even if being a guest for drink or dinner they wanna charge you And they have this policy if you are tourist, you have to pay Tax 3€ euro per day per person is something they made up and they blame the government for that and that they didn’t put in the advertising is lot of hidden cost be careful They have the right idea, but the wrong way running the business you gonna be end up having stress? You don’t need so do yourself a favour do not go stay there. And is not cheap if I was cheap you can consider living there I have every request with Expedia for your reputation. You should ban this people on your site. A lesson need to be learn. Very quick to take your money but you will never get a refund. I tried all I couldn’t do nothing so I had to stay. 11 day of hell And ya Mauritius is such a beautiful place, but people like that give a bad reputation and a bad experience holiday thank God is over. "Hôtel" ? Suis pas difficile mais on avait l'impression d'avoir touché le fond dans cet établissement ... L'appartement avait 2 chambres. Décoration démodée. Mais surtout TRÈS sale. (Poussière, gras dans la cuisine et j'en passe). Certaines prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas. Ibis budget passe pour un palace !

Tres déçue

Very dirty (toilets not clean, hair on the bathroom floor, traces of toothpaste on the mirrors, floor not mopped). No one was attending the reception desk during business hours, had to call someone to check me in.

It was a nightmare. When we arrived there was a guy on the street, no reception that was not expecting us and had to call somebody. We had to buy coffee powder, it was dirty, wifi was not working and there were no sheets. IT was very dirty

The place is disgusting, the sheets and towels are dirty. The blanket is used and not covered with a sheet. The feeling that the sheets are also used.

Free airport shuttle and free wifi were advertised on Expedia. In reality the hotel offered neither. I waited at the airport for an hour, then paid for a taxi. Finally arriving, found room dirty. The sliding doors couldn't lock or even close properly. No restaurant, and none in the area. No way to even buy a bottle of water. Could be OK if properly managed, but right now it's basically a scam.

Hôtel en travaux, pas de personnel présent ,juste un gardien, pas au courant de notre réservation, pas de wifi, pas de télé en état de marche, salle de bain très sale.

Detta boendet försörde hela vår resa. Vi har sovit 3st.på en säng med 2.kuddar. Det saknades madrass. På den andra sängen. Allt var trasigt,inget varmt vatten,ingen städning,Kuddar var smutsiga och gamlaaaa. Köket,allt trasigt och gammalt. Ingen fanns i receptionen. Hissen fungerade inte o vi hade ingen nyckel till nödutgång i 2 dagar. Vi var tvungna att alltid en stannar i rummet för att kunna komma in i rummet.Badrum,wc allt trasigt & vatten läckte på golvet. Vi städade själva men man hade inga städgräjer. Vi kommer inte att boka mer resor via Expedia eftersom ni rekommenderar alla möjliga boendet , både bra o dåliga,dåliga skall bort..jag fick jaga ödlor på rummet under kvällar/Nätter. Alldrig varit med om så DÅLIGT. INGET ATT REKOMMENDERA. De sämsta det sämsta. Jag skämdes inför min familj. Hoppas att ni tar bort detta Hotell för andras skull. Besviken Besviken

no hay recepción, tienes que llamar al llegar. no hay wifi no hay agua caliente de los dos aires acondicionados 1 no funciona, y el otro hace un ruido que no te deja ni dormir. El apartamento es super grande y tiene una buena terraza

Les appartements sont cassés et non réparés. Coffre fort ne marche pas, certaines prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas voire dangereuses, cafards, robinets, tout y passe. Regardons plutôt ce qui marche : internet, frigo, lit, veilleur de nuit. Pensez à emmener avec vous un adapteur de courant pour prises anglaises sinon vous ne rechargerez pas vos appareils.

Decent property. Main issue is cleaning and transport. Dead bugs in the cabinets, live ones in livingroom and we were charged double the taxi rate for the hotel transfer (something that other booking sites say is included).

Very nice staff. Apartment big with a balcony with a view. Rooms clean. Internet working.

I communicated with the hotel through the Expedia tool of the Expedia app. I was told that i had to book two nights to get a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. So I booked a second night but nobdy came to pick me up. I also had to book a private taxi to get back to the hotel. Beware of this hotel because this is fraud! My worst experience ever and expedia has not helped as they should have. Slow working on the case, no results. Only the gentleman from expedia I had on the phone the night I had this problem helped and advised- unfortunately ever since expedia has not really worked on the case conveniently. I am very disappointed after having spent thousands of euro every year for their services.

pas de chauffeur a l aeroport.attendu 1h....cuisine sans ustensiles et placards tres tres sales...salle de bain sans rangement ..douche toute rouillée...tapis de bain le meme pour les 14 jours... clim sans evacuation exterieure donc infiltration dans la chambre mon epouse a glissé dans cette flaque d eau et s est fracturé un orteil....location a eviter..

So bad experience there, run away from that place...
