호텔 리우 팰리스 모리셔스 - 올 인클루시브, 어른 전용

The location is nice and the amenities are beautiful. The staff is very nice. However, the food and drinks range from very limited to inedible. We stayed for 3 nights. There are 4 restaurants, only 2 of which are open daily, plus the buffet. The breakfast buffet is good, lunch is edible, dinner is inedible. You need reservations at 2 of the places, 2 are first come. We went to 1 reservation spot (thank you to the manager who got us a reservation- they were booked the entire time we were there) and the steakhouse. Both were fine enough. Wine selection is terrible unless you pay extra. Again, property is beautiful! So I would only recommend if you don’t like to eat or drink.

Clean, modern facilities in a beautiful location. The food was great. The restaurant booking system could be easier for guests to get the reservations they want

Staff were amazing and really nice. The bar staff really love what they do and I loved their creativity on their drinks. Room and property were very clean. It’s a safe neighborhood to walk around and explore le morne. I had a great time and it will definitely be missed

Ein tolles Hotel, relativ neu, sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, gutes Essen beim All inclusives. Das Hotel ist aber für Nichtraucher nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Es stehen zwar überall Rauchverbotsschilder, das wird aber ignoriert und überall geraucht. Ist man aus Deutschland so nicht mehr gewohnt und hat den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck leider gestört.

L'hôtel est bien et le personnel est vraiment très agréable

The people that work here is the best staff you can have, but the resort is a bit of from the rest. Not much to do around, only sun and swim. Beach is a bit rocky.

Just the right amount of chill and optional activities. Only just over an hour from the airport. Beautiful sightseeing nearby and watersports. Very attentive staff. Great food and drink selection. Adults only was so worth it but still access to Turquoise hotel if needed. We didn't upgrade our room/view or pay for Elite but it was still lovely. Beach on the doorstep.

Nous souhaitons témoigner de notre expérience désastreuse dans cet établissement: Nous sommes arrivés le 19 février, chambre 5039. Lorsque nous nous sommes glissés dans le lit, nous avons découvert une énorme tache, encore humide, cela était de l’urine fraîche (ça sentait très fort) Nous avons découvert des traces bizarres sur le mur et canapé… À cette découverte nous avons contacté la réception. Une équipe de ménage (ils étaient 3) est venue constaté. Ils ont appelé leur direction pour faire constater mais personne n’est venu. Nous sommes nous même allés à la réception avec les photos, Daniel un des manager est venu à notre rencontre. Il a parfaitement compris la situation, et en compagnie de l’assistante manager (une dame) on nous a certifié qu on allait être remboursé intégralement. N’ayant pas dormi dans l’hôtel et ne voulant plus. Le manager a pris nos coordonnées en disant que dès le lendemain un mail serait envoyé. J’ai fais la réservation avec hotels.com, aucun mail m’a été envoyé. Et j’apprends ce jour que l’hôtel refuse la demande de remboursement. En conclusion, l’hôtel ne tient pas parole, et tolère ce genre de situation. C’est une honte, et le comportement malhonnête de l’hôtel laisse à désirer. Qu’un membre de la direction nous contacte et nous explique pourquoi ils décident d’agir ainsi.

We went to the Riu Palace for our anniversary after being on Safari for a week in South Africa Feb 2025 We have stayed at Riu's in the past primarily in Mexico this is nothing like the Riu's in Mexico 1. Staff- they are not engaging at all it almost seems as you are an inconvenience to them with the exception of the bar Manager in the Lobby bar and the gentlemen working at the coffee bar in the lobby who were pleasant 2. The food was not good primarily heavy curry dishes which are ok but not twice a day for lunch and dinner , the a la cartes were impossible to get into the app didn't work went to the front desk to ask them with zero help we were able to sneak into the asian a la carte one evening the meal there was good but as for the buffet it is no where near the selection you would get if you were at an all inclusive in other destinations. 3 Entertainment- Pretty dull not what you would expect from a Riu which always puts on amazing theme parties etc the vibe at this resort was not very up beat much like the staff 4. THE POOL SUCKS the pool is heated but the weather was 35 degrees Celsius so the pool was not refreshing it was like getting in the hot tub. There is no pool side drink service so you have to walk over to the bar to get drinks when you want one not a huge deal but again for an all inclusive this should be standard Would save your money and book somewhere else we did the Maldives in 2023 and wish we would have went back there.

This place is absolute paradise...i cant fault it. Service is top notch, clean, welcoming and All inclusive indeed. We had a blast

We had a wonderful time here for our honeymoon. The hotel and the views are stunning. The staff are so kind and can’t do enough for you. All the food is wonderful. Right on a white sandy beach. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has been recently renovated and it has great facilities. The rooms are spacious and equipped with proper modern furniture and appliances. The territory is huge and green, and it is taken care of very well. There are plenty of pools, and the beach is very spacious. The service is excellent - all the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and happy to assist. The variety of food in the main restaurant is great and everything is fresh and delicious. A la carte restaurants (tried 4 of them) were absolutely amazing!

Hela anläggningen är ny och fräsch. Allt håller högsta femstjärniga klass förutom maten som svajar i kvalitet. All personal är väldigt trevlig. Vikish i receptionen är otroligt duktig och serviceinriktad.

Lieu parfait pour un moment de détente

Hôtel neuf, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Personnel d'une extrême gentillesse, prévoyant et super aimable. La restauration est très variée et de bonne qualité. Rien à dire c'était parfait.

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at the hotel with the Junor Suites Elite Club service. The promises made in the preliminary description of the hotel and services were fully fulfilled. Very kind and professional staff, excellent restaurant service, great, comfortable and clean rooms. The pools, garden and beach are well maintained. As a regular and frequent traveler (more than 50 hotels), I don't know what to make of the blind, negative reviews I've read before. Maybe they weren't even in this hotel?! Perfect, great place, I dare to recommend it to everyone. Alexander Hungary
