A lot of ants. Old system toilet. But distribution between shower room and toilet is good. But there was no air circulating at toilet. No toothpaste. No toothbrush. No convenience store.(so i had to buy toothpaste at the super u by walk) Everyday similar food. Just general taste. But pool is good. Coffee is good. Airconditional is good. And

Resort de praia, cafe da manha completo e jantar também. Quarto adequado. Na beira da praia, com boa estrutura na piscina e praia. Funcionários atenciosos, foi uma boa estadia apesar do tempo nao ter ajudado

Härligt hotell, stort med bra pooler, fin strand, nära till byn med restauranger, shopping och utflykter. Hotellrummet något slitet men rent och fräscht. Rekommenderar detta boende.

It’s a 4* hotel with a 5* service that was as good as I have experienced in a long time. All the staff were Mauritian and the difference is so noticeable that when you go to other non-Beachcomber hotels where much of the staff is seasonably imported and the standards are so poor. The location in Gran Baie was excellent for all the northern trips. The beach was nice. The A La Carte was exceptional. But the best benefit was you could use all the facilities and restaurants of the local sister hotels Viktoria & Canonier that were superb and where everything was equally as good. The restaurants were all magnificent. We loved our stay at the Mauricia and will use Beachcomber again when we return to the La Morne area in a couple of years.

Service minded personell. To warm swimming pools, at least one of them could be cooled down. The food could be more variable

Le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients. Propreté irréprochable. Merci à Richard, Najib, Parodee pour toutes leurs gentilles attentions et bien d’autres dont je n’ai pas retenu les noms…. Le personnel de la réception et la Direction de l’hôtel ont été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et des plus aimables.

Kompletter Reinfall.. die Zimmer sind schrecklich und gehören dringend erneuert. Außerdem war es auch nicht sauber. Das Essen war auch schlecht. Ein schlechtes Hotel & dann auch noch teuer. Würden wir nie mehr buchen.

Sehr, sehr gutes Essen. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Tolle Sport Möglichkeiten außer der Beachvolleyball Platz. Ich habe mich nach 2 Minuten bereis am herausragenden Beton Sockel der Netzstangen verletzt! Viele Gäste wollen spielen aber das Netz hängt nur kurze Zeit mittags dort. Es gibt keinen richtigen Volleyball! Der Sand ist so grob und hart, dass es jeden Tag Verletzungen gab!

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut, allerdings wirkte es teilweise etwas unstrukturiert und ohne Durchblick, da wir z.B. versehentlich vor 6 Uhr einen Weckruf erhielten und auch am Abreisetag der Zimmerservice vor Check-Out Zeit ins Zimmer wollte. Manches Personal war über freundlich, anderes hingegen eher unfreundlich. Als wir einchecken wollten, wurden wir gefragt, ob wir überhaupt reserviert haben, was wir als sehr unhöflich wahrnahmen. Für den Preis, war die Erfahrung daher eher mittelmäßig.

Prima hotel.

This is a lovely property. My room overlooks the beach. It was fascinating to watch the harvest of the coconut trees. The cleanliness of the relaxing areas is such a bonus. I can’t recommend this place more strongly

Beautiful place to unwind & relax The Staff were very friendly & always ready to assist and made us feel welcome. The open buffet was very nice & the variety of food was also great.

Firstly let me say the resort is beautiful with nice rooms and to 4 star standard. Our room had had a makeover and only slightly let down by the shower grout. A small issue and not important. The room staff and the resort staff including reception were lovely, warm and friendly. The views from our room were spectacular. Lovely beach and pools and the pool activities were great with fab staff. However whilst the food served was excellent the restaurant staff were anything but. It was like they didn't work for the resort- totally unengaged and not friendly at all. A couple of exceptions here- the omelette chef at the end of the service area and a few of the more mature staff were good but the rest were just awful. Multiple requests for coffee and any kind of service were met with a sullen look and often forgotten. Too focused on clearing tables and made us feel we were a nuisance. Chefs chatting to each other who got annoyed when you asked them to move to get to the food.

The staff was excellent, very nice and welcoming. The food was great, large selection, fresh and tasty. The hotel offers fun activities every day, so we really enjoyed it. The room was very nice but we had some ants in there during our stay, I’m not sure if it’s everywhere or just our room.

Hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to shops etc. Bus stops are within 15 minutes walk. Beach is also great and very safe to swim in. The staff don't smile and feel as though you are a inconvenience. Perhaps that's their way. The team who look after the bags and take you to your room were excellent and remembered your name throughout the holiday. The restaurant is OK but we found the food bland but that's our taste. It is repetitive but they always have something themed and different. Seafood is excellent though. Restaurant staff need training in small details like please don't just clear away our plates and drinks without asking. If you see a baby at least get the high chair and small cutlery for them. Bhurud who looked after our room was excellent and very friendly. He kept our room in excellent order and nothing was too much trouble for him.

L’hôtel a vieilli les installations et architecture devraient être renouvelés Un service de plage devrait être créé afin de profiter de boissons servis sur place comme beaucoup d’hôtels La qualité de repas est très bien avec de soirées à thème qui permettent de découvrir différentes saveurs locales et étrangères Le standing a aussi baissé ce qui m’oblige à changer de gamme d’hôtel alors qu’il fut une référence par sa proximité avec la ville de Grand Baie Aujourd’hui de nombreux négoces ont fermé et la population s’est paupérisée cause Covid Le centre s’est déplacé au quartier La Croisette plus clean. Il n’est pas indiqué que l’hôtel abrite un club italien avec animations ce qui n’est pas ma tasse de thé, mais pratique pour les familles avec enfants. Voilà en résumé un bel hôtel qui vieillit.

Die Anlage an sich, die beiden Pools und der Palmengarten sind sehr schön. Auch das kostenlose Parken war gut. Was uns allerdings enorm gestört hat, war die Unruhe in dem Hotel. Beim Essen wird man von verhungernden Mitgästen fast von Buffet gestoßen und es gibt eine italienische Animationsagentur die den ganzen Tag irgeneinen Klamauk für die italienischen Gäste veranstaltet die die Anlage dominieren. Tagsüber laute Elektromusik über die ganze Anlage bis zum Strand und jeden abends bis 23 Uhr ebenfalls laute Veranstaltungen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier definitiv falsch!

Vid ankomst möttes vi av personal som tog hand om bagage och administrerade incheckningen samtidigt som vi bjöds på dryck. Rummet (214) var väldigt bra och hade fin utsikt. Städningen sköttes alldeles utmärkt. Frukost- och middagsbuffé var riklig och välsmakande. Gymmet var välutrustat och funktionellt.
