Quite possibly my new favorite hotel. They have a Michelin star from 2024 and it really shows. The rooms are all very spacious and well appointed, and if you can swing it try to get a residence. It’s just a king size bed with a bathroom but it has a separate kitchen and living room and a whole wall of windows that look through trees out onto the street. Floor to ceiling. Everything in there is exactly how I wish my home would be :-) I can’t wait to come back.

Incredible stay. Amazing staff, room, and amenities. The breakfasts were such a nice perk and delicious. One of our favourite hotels we've ever stayed at! Would 1000% recommend, and we can't wait to visit again in the near future.

This gem is unassumingly tucked away in a corner of the city’s highest-end neighbourhood, merely steps to world class boutiques, artisan shops and a plethora of dining options. The property was very private and we felt by times like we had the whole space to ourselves. The daily breakfast was incredible, with nice fruit, yoghurt, cheese, juice, and a special feature each morning. We had a wonderful stay!

Very classy. Loved the unique salons on every floor. Caesar at the front desk, and the dining staff were very personable. The housekeepers were very friendly. Fabulous decor, art and architecture throughout the establishment.

Five stars all around. We found our new home in CDMX!

Great location near Lincoln park in Polanco. Everyone was welcoming and enjoyed the styling of the interior spaces.

Staff was unbelievable, helpful and friendly and warm, helped me when I was sick! Helped package things for the plane, etc. Rooms were clean and design forward! I can't say enough, we will definitely be back. Great safe location, close to park and everything Polanco. Staff attended to every need, and then some! Breakfast was delicious, concierge service went above and beyond. Perfecto!

Would have liked room service and a better food selection. Felt a bit more business hotel, other that that it was lovely and I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Campos Polanco during our most recent trip to Mexico City. I moved around our dates to accommodate their availability, as there are only a few rooms in this chic-boutique, and I'm so glad I did. I couldn't stop raving about our experience the entire time. The people who work there are very kind, knowledgable, and willing to help and assist with nearly any request. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and we enjoyed sipping complimentary Mezcal pours on the rooftop in the afternoons. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a block or so away from Lincoln Park and so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. If you're considering staying here just do it! The rooms are expansive and beautifully designed. I will definitely book time here on my next trip to Mexico City. Thank you again to the wonderful folks who work here that made this a memorable and special experience for us.

The rooms are well decorated, spacious and clean. Lobby and breakfast area cost and inviting.
