En general, todo estuvo muy completo y se admitieron mascotas. Las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas, y contaban con servicios como cafetera, microondas y nevera. También había televisión y caja fuerte. Los baños eran excelentes y el ambiente era limpio y cómodo.

El lugar es muy bonito y ubicado en una zona céntrica, pero hay dos cosas: 1. Las habitaciones no tienen buena hermeticidad, se cuelan todos los sonidos de los pasillos, escuchas quien llega, quien se va(supongo que por eso te ponen el antifaz y tapones para oídos en la habitación). 2. La ropa de mi cama olía a que no se cambió desde hace mucho tiempo y tenía un olor a persona, creo que eso es súper inaceptable en un hospedaje, eso me generó mucho desconfort y decidí poner algo en mi ropa en la almohada porque al final ahí pones la cara 3. No te recibe propiamente un host en la recepción sino un guardia de seguridad que no brilla demasiado por ser muy amable.

Pros: - The location is great, the best feature of this place. - Room was clean and tidy. - Bed was ok - Staff was helpful. - The room has good size, and decoration is nice. Cons: - The room I got was in a street corner and the outside noise did not let me sleep. The hotel warned me about that a couple of hours before I checked in, saying that the room was cheap because of that, which disappointed me, since I would haven't booked this room if I knew the noise was that bad. Honestly, they should not even offer that room, the outside noise was as if you were sleeping in the street. And the curtains do not block completely the outside street light. - The bathroom was too small, the door hit the furniture to open it, between the toilet seat and the front wall was like 30 cms, very uncomfortable to use. - Pillows were not of good quality, combined with the outside noise, made me had a terrible night, couldn't rest.

Estuve en la habitación 1, muuuucho ruido toda la noche. Y la regadera tenía agua caliente en momentos solamente. Muy mala experiencia cuando lo que buscas es solo un buen baño y decansar la noche

Noisy at night, my aparment was facing Leibnitz street due to the suppliers of a big hotel Camino Real and Leibnitz street is the back door of that hotel. The other issue was the apartment was on a third floor with no elevator and one of my kids with a leg sports injury it was complicated to get up and down of the apartment. We like the location, decorations, cleanness and attention of the security staff cause there is no lobby at all we only saw cleaning personal and security staff.

El lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. Los únicos inconvenientes fueron que nos hospedamos en una de las suites del cuarto piso y no cuentan con elevador, nos fue complicado porque llevábamos un menor, carriola y varias maletas, (el personal muy amablemente nos brindó ayuda en algunas ocasiones). También como sugerencia deberían tratar de mejorar su servicio de agua caliente en las regaderas porque salía 20 segundos agua caliente y luego varios minutos agua helada haciendo imposible bañarnos en un corto tiempo.

Excelente ubicación, muy bonita propiedad, habitación limpia y cómoda, atención por parte del personal excelente. Ampliamente recomendable!

Great place to stay in Mexico City for a few days

Increíble atención por parte del portero, muy buena ubicación e instalaciones impecables.

We stayed at Acapulco apartment which has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, sofa, dining table. Hotel is very clean, staff is very courteous and the hotel is very well located to move around easily. I fully recommend it. My family had a wonderful stay.
