The location was absolutely perfect. The doorman was much appreciated and kind. The condition was good, some parts were a little rough around the edges, and the kitchen wasn't too supplied, but it wasn't too big of a deal. The apartment was clean and spacious for two couples. I would recommend this to folks looking for an affordable, clean and spacious apartment in a fantastic Roma Norte location.

Nice place everything was good

The apartment was comfortable with a full kitchen. Great location. There isn’t staff onsite however they have different nearby locations and were responsive to our needs.

Muy bonito para tomar fotos. La limpieza del baño no fue la mejor, pero se empeñan en todo lo demás.

Clean, comfortable and great decor. Water temp was fine along with adequate water pressure. Only item I missed is there is no AC, can get warm during the day.

We especially enjoyed the feeling of "living" in the neighborhood rather than staying in a hotel. My friend's family of three came to visit for a couple of days and there was more than enough room for all of us to feel comfortable and not "in the way". Perfect way to enjoy the bustling neighborhood of North Roma!

Despite being in a good location and a cute apartment, we had many issues. First, we arrived two hours later than check in, only to find a cleaning crew scurrying around. It was obvious they were rushing and very obvious that the apartment was NOT adequately cleaned. Hair in shower, toilets not cleaned, stove dirty. But the worst part was we were without HOT WATER and the owners never responded. Be warned!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the kukun apartment. It was spacious, clean and generally quiet. It’s also close to great restaurants & cafes without being in the middle of all the tourists. There’s also a 24 hr a day guard at the door so we felt extremely safe & comfortable staying here. The only thing that went wrong was that We couldn’t get hot water one day in the smaller shower but that was a one off. Otherwise we enjoyed it and agreed that we’d happily stay here again next visit.

We have no hot water. We asked downstairs in security and they said they said that they could not help us . Communicated with you and could not be helped either. Mexico is very cold and no hot water has been terrible.

The property was beyond all of our expectations! It was very spacious and clean. All the furniture was modern and comfortable. We had all the amenities you can think of, including a laundry room which is rare to find. I brought my family of 5 and it was perfect for both the children and the adults. I also loved how secure it was, with 24 hour surveillance and security at the front desk. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone. I absolutely plan on returning next year!

We absolutely loved this home. It was spacious, quiet, and in the perfect location for our visit to Mexico City. Our 3 year old daughter had so much fun on the hammock swings in the balcony (as well as the park 2 mins from us). We enjoyed cooking a few meals at home and relaxing in our space in general. There is so much to do in Colima Notre and amazing places to eat within 10 min walks. Only suggestion I would have is making the building accessible to patrons on their own as sometimes the staff were away from the security desk (totally understandable) and we had to wait for a while to be buzzed in (but mostly we were buzzed in immediately). We will definitely be back to Mexico City and most likely stay at the same location!

Love the security. Love the layout and amenities inside the apartments. We rented two apartments side by side and the agency was very accommodating.

Nice apartment with 24hr security. All amenities you need. Close by restaurants and convenient stores.

Great location in lovely neighborhood.

GREAT LOCATION. Excellent responsiveness to messages. Friendly 24-hour security. While it did not affect enjoyment, a door in the master shower was missing, the sink in the 1/2 bath leaked, and there was a flooding / plumbing issue in the parking garage that did not smell great that last day we were there. I would 100% stay there again and recommend it.
