Todo excelente, cuando me dieron la habitación no enfriaba el AC pedí el cambio y me dijeron que no había disponibles Les dije que no había forma de que me durmiera ahí sin AC, al final hasta el mesero Agustín me ayudó y me cambiaron de habitación la que me dieron estaba a pie De la alberca Las clases de yoga buenísimas en la mañana Todo es espectacular de ese lugar

tienen una atención excelente desde que llegas, el personal que está en la playa siempre están atentos a lo que necesites, 5 estrellas para ellos

La tranquilidad y el sonido de las olas del mar relajan el cuerpo y la mente, si le agregas un buen masaje el descanso es garantizado, lo recomendable es estar 3 noches para disfrutar del hotel y toda la gran playa de Zicatela.

Just finished a stay Casa Joseph. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We had a one bedroom suite. The room was terrific with lots of space and a nice bathroom. The A/C worked great. The grounds of the hotel were well taken care of and I can’t thank the staff enough for the wonderful hospitality. They were attentive and took care of any issues immediately. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Puerto Escondido.

The ocean view was incredible, close to the beach to hear the waves from your balcony at night gave me complete relaxation I was looking for. Food/Drink menu you couldn't go wrong with any selection. Best dinner I enjoyed was the Catch of the Day. All staff was helpful and attention to our needs. Look forward to coming back soon.

The food, drinks and the service at this hotel was perfect. The rooms were beautiful and it was the ideal boutique hotel. All staff recommendations for additional restaurants were top notch. 10/10

Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team via WhatsApp, and the hotel feels new with great amenities. The main drawback was the top-floor suite with the palapa-style roof. Because the room wasn’t fully sealed from the outside, the AC didn’t stay in well, making the room very hot during the day and not as cool as we would have liked at night. We also heard pigeons nesting above the roof throughout the night, which was tough. The food also felt a bit overpriced for what it was, though that may come with the territory of a boutique hotel. Overall, we would come back, but we would definitely avoid the top-floor suites next time.

El hotel está mucho mejor de lo que puedes ver en las fotos o en la página web El servicio es excelente, el hotel está lleno de detalles. De verdad super recomendable. Felices regresamos !!!!

Exellent location in Puerto Escondido

Very relaxing and very clean. The only bad I can say is that they don’t have coffee until the staff comes to work, which is about 7:15am. I am a morning person and like to walk on the beach with coffe. Everything else is good. Probably will not stay here again.

Espectacular. Llegamos un lunes y nos tocó un show de Jazz en vivo al atardecer, el personal es muy amable y todo el tiempo están pendientes de que no te falte nada. La comida estuvo deliciosa. El hotel en general es precioso. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme ahí.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, el servicio fue impecable: el personal siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. La calidad de las instalaciones superó mis expectativas, con espacios bien cuidados y detalles que marcan la diferencia. Además, la comodidad de la habitación hizo que realmente pudiera descansar y disfrutar la experiencia. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Mi estancia en Casa Joseph fue muy decepcionante. La habitación tenía un olor desagradable constante y todas las mañanas había mucho ruido de la construcción de al lado (música, gritos y maquinaria). Además, el techo de paja tenía animales viviendo dentro; se escuchaban día y noche y el cuarto olía a excremento. El balcón estaba en muy malas condiciones, con clavos salidos en el piso de madera, lo cual es peligroso. El baño también olía mal, a drenaje, y el desayuno se servía frío. En general, la experiencia fue incómoda y no cumplió con las expectativas.

It was not clear to me that this beach wasn’t swimmable, the room was okay but the bathroom is very small and while the staff was very kind the price is too high for what you get.

La ubicación, las instalaciones y el personal. Gracias en especial a Fernanda, Dara e Ivonne que hicieron con todos una excelente estancia

La alberca es diminuta y fria, en las habitaciones hay muchos insectos y las toallas estaban sucias, la atención es buena pero tanto el hotel como su restaurante son muy caros para lo que realmente ofrecen.

Todo fue increíble. El hotel súper bonito, gran ubicación. Servicio y atención fuera de serie. Excelente opción para quedarse y pasar una estancia inolvidable.
