Específicamente llamamos para asegurar que tenían ascensor y es verdad tienen pero a las 4am que pasaba el taxi por nosotros es ascensor estaba bloqueado en el 3er piso y tuvimos que bajar las maletas por escalera a esa hora. La habitación con mal olor de productos de limpieza podría ser y da directo a una obra con los albañiles trabajando y mucho ruido. Habíamos estado antes y muy bien, esta vez no.

Amazing location!

Casa Miravalle is located right in the heart of the La Condesa and Roma Norte neighborhoods, its unbeatable convenience near Parque México makes it an ideal home base for exploring local cafes, dining, and art deco architecture. It was a true home away from home! The check-in process was incredibly fast, the staff's genuine kindness and helpfulness set the perfect tone for our entire trip, We highly recommend it!

The internet was good for streaming, air conditioning was good

Casa Miravalle could not be in a better location! Being right on the park was great for walkability, it was central to everywhere we were going, and it felt safe. The suite was exactly as listing; however, there was only a wall-mounted a/c unit in the master bedroom (king sized bed). Additionally, the water in the jug with the disperser located on the counter made me sick. Other than those two negatives, everything was great! The rooftop terrace was beautiful, WiFi worked well, noise level was not too loud, and security was on 24/7 to open the door for residents. Would rate it a 4.5 overall

Great area. We loved the park across the street. Lots of restaurants to walk to. The apartment was clean, stylish and a 24 hour doorman.

It’s run more like a BnB. No daily housekeeping but staff always around if you Need something. Loved having the equivalent of a 1 bedroom apartment. Great location. Walkable to so many Restaurants and bars. The parks and museums.

Excellent spot to stay. There is plenty of things to do within walking distance, the staff was very attentive. The location is a major plus.

An amazing property, we spent one week here after relocating from another hotel where we spent an additional week. Amazing location! We had a large room with a terrace. Noise was never an issue for us, even though there is active construction next door. They did not begin in the early morning so we did not really notice it. All staff were incredibly kind and we arrived before our room was ready, so we were able to store our luggage. When we returned, they had placed our luggage in the room for us, which was a nice touch. There is a 24/7 security guard so coming and going was never an issue, even late at night.

Only one person from the staff was actually nice, the chubby security man. The rest are very ineffective and/or grumpy people that disappear and are very hard to find. Toilet paper isn't included as they promise here on Expedia, they send you to Walmart to purchase your toilet paper.

Great place. Everything was perfect. Except… the couch. The couch was stained and heavily used. Otherwise this apartment is a 100% excellent choice for a visit to Condessa

Fantastic location and nice rooms

This is a wonderful property and location. We didn't realize that it was an actual apartment when we booked it and it couldnt have been more perfect for a sister vacation. We even had separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We also recommend Tea Connection just down the street for breakfast.

Everything was clean and tidy. We appreciated the double luggage rack in the main bedroom and the "closet" for all of our clothes. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had zero complaints or concerns about our stay.

Very impressed with the hotel for the price. Location is great too and rooms are spacious.

The staff was friendly and the location was great. There were lots of cafes, restaurants, and a bazaar right outside. However, our first few days we did not have hot water and the bed was very stiff. The decor was nice but again not very comfortable.
