La atención del personal y la ubicación es excelente

Buena ubicación, habitación e instalaciones lindas y limpias.

The room had a leak from the roof next to the bed and the hotel staff gave us towels and basket to put on the room to catch the water, the bathroom has a window broken with a starry glass. Not a very good experience to be q Marriot hotel and for the price of the room. I do not recommend this hotel, better hoteles around for the price paid. Super bad experience and the worst part was the support from the staff to solve the problem. Better to Look for another choice! 👎👎

Hotel muy básico , habitaciones con goteras otras con ruido de máquinas de alberca, descuidado en pintura en áreas como la alberca, no tiene mucha amenidades , desayuno caro y muy básico . No hay café en habitaciones. Para ser Marriot muy básico y precio elevado.

Subí a la alberca con mis hijos y realmente estaba muuuuyyy sucia. El servicio del mesero pésimo, me tuve que acercar a la barra a solicitar algo y el siguió con su llamada ... no me atendió .... y jamás fue a ver que necesitabamos, me parece que no regresaremos ...

las instalaciones muy bonitas y nos quedaba todo cerca

Hotel muy bonito, habitación amplia y limpia sin embargo para el precio no tiene frigobar y el closet es minúsculo y eso que estaba en la doble. Está cerca del centro pero caminando puedes hacer alrededor de 20-30 minutos con alguien de la tercera edad. El buffet poco variado comida muy salada y caro. Es muy caro para lo que ofrece. Pero no dejan de ser muy bonitas sus instalaciones y el personal muy amable y servicial.

Buena ubicación , y lugares alrededor bonitos. La alberca estaba sucio y el aire ac de la habitación era ruidoso

Hemos ido por varios años y nunca nos habían cobrado en habitación doble a mis hijos como adicionales . Hablé con el Gernete pero solo se concretó a decirme que son políticas y pues si me gustaba . Terrible atención

Las almohadas no son comodas y se pierde la confortabilidad del lugar. Atención del restaurante y la entrada es buena, comida excelente.

El servicio del personal nada que ver con lo bonito del hotel, que lástima por que está muy bonito el Hotel pero su servicio es pésimo

The hotel and the room were really nice, the design was lovely and the courtyard was a nice place to eat and drink. It was quiet in the room too over our 5 night stay. The area is a bit out of the town centre but there are lots of great places to eat and drink nearby so you don't need to go far every night and the area feels safe and social. However, we felt the hotel was overpriced compared to other hotels on our trip, as breakfast was not included and there was no coffee machine or extra bottled water in the room (just 1 little bottle of water per guest a day). We had breakfast one morning but it was a lot and not especially worth the high cost.
