City Express by Marriott Ciudad Obregón

stayed at this hotel for seven days and noticed a clear decline in quality. The furniture is deteriorating, the carpet is damaged, the toilet lid is broken, and the A/C control doesn’t adjust to the desired temperature. Cleanliness was disappointing: by my second day the carpet was already dirty, and no one vacuumed it for the rest of the week. I requested fresh sheets at the front desk, but they were never changed. When I asked the kitchen supervisor if it was possible to request something different from what was offered, she responded in a rude and dismissive tone, saying it was a buffet and not à la carte. There are professional ways to speak to guests, and her attitude was unnecessary. I’ve been a customer since 2017, back when the hotel was relatively new, and I was always satisfied. Unfortunately, this stay made me realize it will be my last. Please pay attention to the property and customer service. There is clear room for improvement.

2 cosas que comentar. Tuve que solicitar un cambio de habitacion, ya que la television estaba daña y el baño no funcionaba. El personal fue muy amable en darnos otra habitacion, La cual el termostato del aire acondicionado estaba dañado y no se podia ajustar. El aire tambien esta mal posicionado, y da directamente a las camas, al no poder regularse y no poder ajustarlo, pasamos muy mala noche. No recomiendo este hotel. Cuando regrese a la ciudad buscare otras opciones de alojamiento.

En el restaurante/desayuno usan solo desechables; les invitaría a que incluyan loza para reducir el impacto ambiental que causa tanto desechable. El hotel está bien aunque los cuartos son algo pequeños.

Habitación limpia y cómoda, tranquilo y buen estacionamiento.

Oscar was the best. He made everything wonderful. If it weren't for Oscar, I might have cried.
