Caesar is a great host. Warm & friendly. The property sits right on the lake. It’s a beautiful property, accommodations are basic. The road is very Rocky but only for a block or two.

Hotel tranquilo y seguro, muy bien ubicado a la orilla de la Laguna Bacakar, con excelentes vistas, cómodas instalaciones y personal amable. Ampliamente recomendable.

AISLADO Y TRANQUILO, SOLO LE FALTA TENER UN RESTAURANTE

Un hotel que NO recomiendo, si vas a ir tendrás que llevar una camioneta 4x4 de lo contrario no tendrás forma de salir en esa calle, además lee bien estás a 29 km de Bacalar, en la zona de este establecimiento NO hay nada en la redonda, las personas que te reciben son buenas personas sin embargo no tienen voz ni voto, solo son cuidadores que viven a un lado de las villas, la segunda noche no hubo electricidad en la propiedad, por lo que no teníamos aire acondicionado y forma de cargar el celular, la noche fue extremadamente calurosa y no hubo forma de dormir, en ese momento contacte ayuda de hoteles.com pero no la hubo y hoy en día sigue sin haberla ya que mi reserva fue por medio de ellos, en fin un establecimiento que NO recomiendo, sin embargo Bacalar si fue un lugar hermoso que sin duda regresaremos. El lugar está increíble, las instalaciones bien, solo que los colores de la laguna no son los ideales. La cabaña se encuentra a media hr del pueblo por lo que si no llevas vehículo no puedes moverte diario, es un lugar para descansar y solo quedarte ahi...la TV no sirvió ninguno de los dias

Nicely located a few meters form the lagoon, thus priority with wood cabins is comfy, but it lacks any kind of food service.

La atención del encargado fue muy buena, pero esta a 30 minutos de bacalar no es tan practico si tu intención es pasarla en bacalar, para llegar al lugar si esta pésimo.. no es para todos los vehículos.. la laguna queda cruzando las cabañas..

The property is beautiful and Zenaida gave us a charming welcome. It’s a great place to stay and for sure we will return to spend a quiet and restful time there. The only thing you need to consider is to bring something to eat and drink for lunch or to have dinner. The nearest restaurant is in Bacalar (25 minutes away from the place).

Todo muy bonito muy cómodo a 20 min del Pueblo de Bacalar pero en general todo muy bien .

El lugar es bonito pero las habitaciones no dan a la laguna, se tiene que cruzar una calle para estar en la laguna. El acceso es imposible para auto, debes rentar camioneta, es escarpado y pedregoso. José es sumamente agradable, hace de la estancia algo soportable. Los moscos son impensables, es imposible pasear aún con el repelente puesto. No recomendaría el lugar.

ME ENCANTARON LAS INSTALACIONES. ME HUBIERA GUSTADO QUE TUVIERA TV Y CAJA DE SEGURIDAD.

At first when we arrived we loved the remote nature of the location. However there are no restaurants or services in the village and there is not even a coffee maker in the room. We were ok with making the most of the rustic retreat until we woke up in the morning to the most unpleasant sewer smell in our room. The remote manager said it would be fixed but the site manager never followed up with us to say that there was a specific remedy. We got the impression that it was a reoccurring event. Additionally this might be an ok rental as a whole property but as an individual room you will end up next to potentially noisy neighbors with a paper thin wall between you. Additionally when we wanted to leave in the morning we found we couldn’t as the large gate was locked. Disappointed because the location on the lake is nice.

La limpieza de la cabaña, como del jardín y lugares comunes excelente. Cabe mencionar que no hacen aseo durante los días de la estancia, ese sería otro plus. Y cuidar que en los baños haya jabón de manos.

Me parece un lugar mágico todo Bacalar, el hotel es bueno, el club y el muelle junto a la laguna es lo mejor, no cuenta con restaurante pero tiene una muy buena recomendación de un chef internacional. Es totalmente necesario llegar en auto, creo que el camino final para llegar al hotel podrían mejorarlo. La comodidad para descansar es buena aunque se puede mejorar, Y la limpieza puede mejorar ya que nunca fueron a hacer el aseo en mis 3 noches de estancia.
