코스타 데 오로 비치 호텔

The staff was so nice. My cousin and I had two different rooms right next to each other. They did NOT have a safe. BIG disappointment, especially since my cousin's American money was stolen out of her room where she hid it. We think it was the maid. We did not eat on the property so I couldn't tell people whether that was good or not. We ate breakfast across the street at Gus Gus for two weeks and the food and staff were EXCELLENT. We ate dinner there a couple nights too, and I can honestly say, the fish and other types of food were ALWAYS fresh, tasty, and prepared exactly as we requested them. Everything was great and convenient at this hotel. They just should NOT rent out rooms WITHOUT safes, especially since they have a THIEF amongst their staff.

Todo bien limpio y eñ person

Me decepcionó las condiciones de la habitación, los colchones están hundidos y duros imposible descansar, la habitación con olor a humedad y el baño con olor a cañería. En el baño se están desprendiendo la pintura, le falta mucho mantenimiento. El wifi no funciona. Las toallas viejas y rotas. Total decepción 😖

This is a very nice hotel. The amenities are excellent. The staff is very helpful and friendly but the rooms themselves are outdated with tile floorr so you hear the people upstairs moving chairs. I could hear the people next door having sex. It's too bad because the hotel itself is very nice

La verdad tengo muchos años hospedando me en costa de oro y en esta ocasión muy mal servicio en alimentos un incidente con un tipo que gerente pero no la verdad les faltaas calidez y saber bien que unok es el turista y el que merece un excelente trato fueran extranjeros y k barbaridad

My parents celebrated their 60 year anniversary here and the loved their experience. Staff was absolutely wonderful and made their stay memorable. Sofi, the front desk attendant, was attentive, super friendly and very helpful! Concierge went out of their way to help my parents find a local photographer so they could get some amazing shots to capture their special day. They were also upgraded so they could have a suite on the first floor and Sofi and staff gifted them a bottle of Champagne! The accommodations were great and the views were beautiful but it is the people who made their anniversary getaway so very special and I am so grateful for all they did.

The staff was great to deal

Rooms are very outdated, only 1 working elevator for the tower. We had to take stairs with luggage’s up and down. Our room was a key entry, made it very difficult to only have 1 key. Personally I would not stay here again.

The front desk hard to deal with. Property is older and rundown some beds are awful. Security staff and cleaning ladies are great.

Es una propiedad vieja, el baño aunque limpio siempre olió a drenaje, las habitaciones necesitan bastante trabajo de remodelación, las reglas de los camastros y sombrillas en la playa que recogen todo a las 5pm se me hace ilógico y lo hacen para que subas a la alberca y consumas lo que ellos venden, no te dejan meter alcohol y alimentos de fuera ni una bolsa de papitas, los salvavidas están más al pendiente de que no metan alimentos o bebidas que de las personas en la alberca, las habitaciones se escucha todo de una a otra, escuchábamos a la persona de al lado hasta cuando roncaban, el personal empieza a trabajar a las 6am y se escuchan hablar y los carros de limpieza en los pasillos, en general el personal hace bien su trabajo pero las reglas de el hotel son solamente recaudatorias y te prohíben muchas cosas para beneficio de ellos, esta fue mi 3ra vez que me quedé ahí tratando de darles oportunidad y ver lo bueno pero fue la ultima
