En primer lugar piénsenlo 2 veces antes de ir , ropa de cama muy incómoda, mala comida , insectos fuera de lo normal, muy peligrosos lugares juntando instalaciones eléctricas con palmas, alberca con agua de pozo no es agua colorada , ninguna facilidad en la playa, no me gustó

Fint hotel, men det er ikke luksus.

Esta un poco retirado del ferry si te vas caminando( no lo recomendamos) mejor paga $150 pesos y un taxi te lleva (2026 año), lugar muy limpio solo lleva tu pasta dental y cepillos..ellos te prestan hasta toallas..esta a 1 cuadra o Block de la playa super tranquila. El desayuno es de $200 pesos por persona muy completo.recomendado! La alberca tmb miy limpia y agradable..solo lleven repelente .

Excelente lugar si viajan muchas personas, un punto magnífico para conocer la isla a minutos. De la playa y el centro de la ciudad a 11 minutos caminando de punta cocos y punta mosquitos Mi hermana nos lo recomendó ella lo visitó en abril

El apartamento no estaba en la locación que anuncian en la página se encuentra totalmente en otra distinta locación para tener acceso a el restaurant en la mañana para el desayuno. Tienes que caminar igual para tener acceso a la piscina. Tienes que caminar hacia ese otro lugar el que realmente está anunciado en la página pero el lugar está muy bonito muy limpio. Hubiera estado al 100% si pusieron los detalles específicos en la página. Pero todo el personal muy atento, las personas de la cocina, el chef, los meseros, mis respetos para éllos. Si están buscando un lugar tranquilo calmado este es perfecto

Personal amable y buena atención

We rented the 3 bedroom unit for our group of 7 and it came with a private rooftop area. Beds were so comfy, breakfast was basic and good, pool area was beautiful. It is about a kilometre from the busy Center of town. We enjoyed walking all around the island, but there are plenty of taxis if walking isn't your thing. There is a really nice beach a block away. Had a small kitchen that had the basics and we cooked a few dinners. We liked the quiet location and it's situated between town and Coco Beach. Staff were all wonderful and helpful- they booked our whale shark trip and it was perfect!

Our stay for a family of four in the superiors apartment was wonderful. The

Deluxe apartments is a beautiful little gem, nicely nestled away from the downtown, but within walkable distance. The host and staff are very personable, welcoming, speak English, and are diligent at making sure that your needs are met. They are very accommodating, and respond quickly when any question or concern is raised. The unit we were in was decently equipped, and staff responded positively and quickly when we pointed out a few omissions. The bed was very comfortable and the large balcony surrounded by greenery was a great place for our morning coffee or afternoon board games. There is good water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan, provide the perfect amount of climate control for the room. The pool area is a nice little oasis that is very well maintained, and remains nice and refreshing through the day thanks to an abundance of palms providing some shade from the hot afternoon sun. The included Continental Breakfast is standard fare, but a more elaborate breakfast is available for a fee. The complex is within walking/hiking distance to Punta Ciricote, Punta Coco, as well as the main beach leading to the amazing sand bars. Highly recommend this little gem if you want to be close to town, but want something more serene and quiet for the evening/nights.

Pros: beautiful pool, public areas, shade, proximity to ocean/beach, dining options, cook was fantastic for paid breakfast and lunch. Free options were very basic but sufficient and tasty. Cons: no information given at check in, terrible housekeeping and we tipped every day-found cockroaches in the cupboards on day 8 and had to ask 3x to have the kitchen sanitized after they sprayed bug spray, 10 day stay and sheets only changed once. No blender or toaster in room as shown. Also so many travellers with large families staying above us and rooms are so noisy- we were woken up before 6 am daily. Front desk was not helpful with anniversary plans, bookings, or our concerns. At the end a lady front desk agent was wonderful but too little too late. We did not have high expectations -just wanted clean and friendly service. Would not return!

The apartment was lovely and staff were very friendly. Due to transportation, we arrived an hour before checkin, and they allowed us to use all the facilities including the pool until our room was available. Excellent communication throughout our stay.

This is an Amazing place. The Staff truely go out of their way to please. Walkable distance from town. The beach is just a block away. The pool is nice and clean. Cute basic breakfast and good coffee. Our deck had a private dip pool. Quiet and peaceful. Bikes to use. 10/10.

Me gusto que lo que ofrecieron en las fotos es lo que realmente existe, todo estuvo muy bien en tiempos de servicios y de amabilidad en las peticiones

Generel bad, Old, breakfast delate to few beach towels, No var service, key holder doesn't worked.

Fue genial todo el tiempo estuvieron en comunicación y el cuarto muy limpio y los espereraron ya que llegamos tarde, muy amables y muy atentos

Personalen var väldigt positiva och hjälpsamma. Det negativa var att poolen låg i skugga hela dagen och att stranden rakt ned från hotellet inte var så fin (mycket tång).

Très bien situé pour ceux qui veulent s'éloigner un peu du bruit du centre tout en restant accessible à pied. Appartement assez grand pour une famille, le petit déjeuner inclus est un plus. Le cadre avec la piscine est agréable et le personnel à l'écoute et serviable.

La propiedad está muy cómoda y cumplió con mis expectativas, definitivamente volvería a reservar en el lugar. Siempre fueron atentos.
