Do not book this place! We chose this property expecting a relaxing and comfortable stay, but it was the complete opposite. The pool was dirty, the room didn’t have a TV or mini fridge, the AC barely worked, and the WiFi was down. The listing photos are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. When we arrived, we were the only guests, and an employee let us in. She mentioned that the “bosses” would be staying in the other rooms. Later, they showed up with a large group, loud music, and turned the pool area into a party, which completely ruined the peaceful experience we were expecting. We spoke to them directly and explained that we were unhappy and had booked the stay to relax. They told us we could leave and that we would be refunded. However, after we left, they stopped responding to both us and Expedia, and we never received the refund. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. We felt misled and ended up losing our money.

The room was alright, the bed was comfortable and everything was pretty clean. However, there was no one to help us when needed. The woman who welcomed us vanished and was nowhere to be seen again. We had issues with the wifi, which could be resolved fortunately after hours of insisting with the owner on the phone who was away. The jacuzzi was not hot but rather warm. There was no fridge in the room so we couldn't store our food, and not a single table, not even a coffee table. We thought we were going to have a kitchen but that wasn't for the type of cabin we rented, which wasn't very clear from the photos on the advertising. One thing I really didn't appreciate was the owner pressuring us to pay before getting to the property, even though it was supposed to be done when arriving there. He tried to charge my card on file but it didn't work so he asked me to send my card details by message over the phone, which I refused to do because of security reasons. He then told me to transfer the money through an app but he was being very pushy, I even received a warning message that my booking could be cancelled. After I paid, he did not reply anything. I was being polite the whole time but he was clearly not doing his job on the communication side. Overall, we were disappointed by this experience that was below average, especially for the price. I had already stayed in Valle de Guadalupe five times and had never paid so high for one night, and that was by far the worst experience.

Very relaxing

Everything was wonderful, we met Jackie, who gave us the key at 5 o’clock, very polite, and we went on our evening, about 8 o’clock we went into the Jacuzzi and it would not heat up and in the morning we had no running hot water, that was the deal killer.

Cute place and a great location

Clean space, the communication was great! The place was intimate and peaceful. There is a wonderful restaurant that was on their recommendation list that was a 7 minute walk from our spot, we enjoyed dinner and breakfast there. We stayed for one night and I wish we were there for longer. The hot tub was the icing on top after a nice dinner Highly recommend! Definitely will be coming back

Pool no working, they charge to use the jacuzzi

Muy amables, me dieron la habitación antes del horario incluso la señorita encendió el jacuzzi también y súper agusto lo pudimos disfrutar un ratito antes de que llegaran los de más visitantes, de ahí ya no pudimos meternos, esperamos como a las 10:00pm pero aún no se salían así que mejor descansamos. Todo está muy bien lugar muy tranquilo, lo único a nuestro gusto es que le faltó una pantalla o TV a la habitación.

Fue una gran estancia, el ambiente es más para parejas que para familias. La alberca con gran espacio pero el jacuzzi fue lo mejor. Muy agradable la habitación.

Me fue muy bien un hermoso lugar y muy céntrico. Lo único que esto es para Hotels.com me hicieron un cargo ustedes de 1,234.73 quisiera saber de que es por que no tengo forma de contactarlos para poder verificar de que es. Favor de contactarme para poder verificar ese cargo.

Stay was peaceful. Pool was nice. Price was good but theres no mini fridge. No TV and only 1 outlet in the whole room plus our room door wouldnt lock. Lilttle things that the owners can work on but id probably stay here again

1. Shower faucet broken can not adjust water temperature!!!! 2. No heater!!!! 3. Main Door is hanging annoying noise with the Door 4. Swimming pool was dirty. 5. The sink faucet had corruption. It was disgusting. 6. There’s issues outside too We have Pictures, but it’s very unsafe. This place should not be rented. It should be red tag. We have pictures and videos. We would like to have our money back as soon as possible, please.
