Close to everything I needed

Had a great vacation at Decameron. Definitely recommended and looking forward to the next Cabo vacation. Enjoyed the only adult area for drinks and comfort with a great view of the ocean. The main pools downstairs were huge and clean and the perfect temperature for those hot sunny days. The dinning was special, loved being out in the Luna Restaurant by the ocean. Our room was a great size, comfortable beds, and made up every day. Thank you for a great experience.

Excelente ubicación. Atención buena en general. La limpieza un poco que desear. El hotel está bien en general. El mar estaba muy picado por lo que no fue posible meterse a la playa.

Great Time

The staff was absolutely amazing, and so pleasant ❤️ especially Roger! Would absolutely stay here again! The absolute best time! Amazing beach to watch the sunrise! Very clean!

Very friendly staff. Quiet, relaxing environment.

Smaller property and just after spring break so not overly busy, which was great! The staff were excellent, the food at the restaurant was amazing at the buffet, not so much. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance so it was all good.

The staff was amazing, polite and helpful. The food is the only thing that wasn’t great. It was bland I felt bad getting food I didn’t like and throwing it away. Breakfast was the best, they have amazing juices and you can get an omelette made to your liking. The French toast was good so was the snack bar for lunch. It’s not fancy but it’s affordable and pleasant. Since it is in San Jose you will have to go on an activity that includes transportation or uber which is 30.00 to see the attractions like the arches. We did the snorkel activity on a double layer bus. It was worth the money and the lunch on board was great. Grey line is in the lobby area by the buffet.

Buen servicio y atención

I booked this reservation almost a month in advance via Expedia. On arrival, the resort denied all knowledge of having our reservation and then proceeded to try to charge $700 above the $1400 which the reservation was confirmed. I was on the phone with Expedia for an hour and 30 minutes. Which they eventually gave up, trying to communicate with the hotel because they were being difficult. The Expedia representative had to call the reservations department of the resort because the front desk would not communicate. With Expedia. Which created a 90-minute-long game of telephone, and which nothing happened. Eventually, Expedia booked me through another resort and gave me the same rate, which was greatly appreciated.

We only stayed one night and glad it was no more. Seafood night in the buffet consisted of pasta with a few shrimp… the staff are good, especially Karin, such a nice young man! The drinks really weren’t the best and the glasses are cheap plastic. Hotel is pretty outdated

I loved staying here! The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean. It was such a relaxing weekend getaway. Definitely recommend and I would stay again!

Its quite and feel safe

Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. There was only one restaurant on site as well as the buffet. The activity staff were very friendly and engaging.

I liked the value of the resort, but most of the staff was very rude

We had a great week staying here. The size of the resort is perfect and very manageable to get around. The pool area was very chill and not very busy. Contrary to some other reviews on here we loved the food. The buffet had lots of different options and each night was a different theme. Everything we ate was delicious no complaints. The pool restaurant was open throughout the day with a small snack menu including burgers, fries, and a handful of other good options. At night it turned into Luna restaurant that you made reservations at. We had a great experience there as well. All of the staff we came across was very friendly, and the entertainment at night was good. Walkable to some shops around and only a 10 minute cab ride to downtown San Jose with lots of cool shops and Thursday night Art market. We would definitely stay here again. Very clean and again all of the food was so good very fresh and delicious. The only suggestions we have was a second bartender at the pool as sometimes it got backed up. Also some service around the pool would have been helpful but that's just a small detail. Great place onhey beautiful stretch of beach in San jose, we would definitely come here again!
