Hilton Los Cabos Beach and Golf Resort

별 기대 없이 가성비로 예약했던 호텔인데, 결론적으로 아주 만족스러웠어요. 일단 사진으로 보는 것 보다 리조트가 훨씬 크고, 수영장 및 주변 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있어요. 룸은 꽤 낡은 편이었지만 룸에서 머문 시간이 많지 않았어서 상관 없었어요. 호텔 내 레스토랑이나 룸서비스 등등은 기대 이상, 이하도 아니었어요. 프론트 데스크의 직원부터 레스토랑의 직원들 모두 썩 친절하고 프렌들리하다는 느낌은 받을 수 없었어요. 숙박비가 워낙 괜찮았기 때문에 자잘한 단점들을 모두 커버할 수 있다고 생각해요.

The hotel and the beach were nice. It was disappointing to learn that even though we are Diamond members with Hilton that none of our benefits were honored because we booked the trip with Expedia. I understand that they wouldn't give us points, but usually we feel a little special when staying at a Hilton and that was not the case here. We had paid for an oceanfront room and they gave us the room that overlooked the ocean as well as building material, trucks and equipment used around the hotel. Plus a bonus view of the neighboring hotel with a very active party scene and loud music. We requested a different room and they refused and later we found out that they were operating at 60% capacity when we arrived. The beach was nice and some of the staff members were very attentive, but whenever it came to set up beach chairs and umbrellas I couldn't find anyone to help. Maybe just bad luck. If you find a staff member named Javier, stick with him. He was super nice and very attentive. Overall not a bad experience, just some details. If they don't like to get bookings through Expedia, maybe they shouldn't list their hotel there or at least match the deals you can get. One last thing: The food at the hotel was almost as much as the stay and we didn't even have breakfast/lunch/dinner at the hotel every day. The restaurant Vela was very nice, but the food in the lounge was disappointing.

We had the most wonderful week! The resort is absolutely beautiful with stunning ocean views perfect for whale watching! The breakfast was a big hit with my family each morning.

Make sure you confirm reservation with hotel before you get there, we booked with Expedia and the hotel did not have our reservation and we had to jump through hoops to get it taken care of and we got a room but it wasn’t the one we reserved.

Great pool, swimmable beach, nice property, and good food. Prices were obscene however, even after expecting high prices.

What a beautiful resort. The view, amenities, food, drinks, access to beach, gym, spa and even pickleball makes this place a one stop destination. No need to go anywhere else. Service was attentive and the place was spotless. Very family friendly and the weather in February was a perfect 80 degrees. Plenty of shade to lounge by the pool and the water temperature was soooo perfectly warm.

Staff was excellent and amenities were good but the food quality was just as low as at an all inclusive. Food and drinks far too over priced.

The hotel is nice but noticeably dated. The pool area and outdoor space is definitely much nicer that the inside and the rooms. The staff is friendly and attentive to the most part. The restaurants/food is good but not anything spectacular or to write home about. However, the prices are those of a top-tier place, which this is far from. Frankly, you’re much better off going off-restore to the high-end restaurants in Cabo for same or less. The rooms even lack basics like coffee machines and kettle. It very much feels like they are nickel and dimming at every corner. You definitely pick up on the fact that they know their location is a bit inconveniently far from the better food options and are taking full advantage of having a captive audience with very limited near by options. It dulls the overall experience and leaves a sour taste before your holiday is over.

The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful as well. Food is amazing but a bit expensive, definitely worth it though. Would recommending getting the breakfast included, it’s well worth it.
