El personal fue amable y la ubicación es practica.

No mencionan que se debe de pagar un impuesto adicional.

Buen día: Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en el Hotel Ambra fue TOTALMENTE negativa. Desde el check-in se me cobró un impuesto no informado en Expedia; posteriormente enfrenté múltiples problemas con las habitaciones asignadas (fallas de seguridad, aire acondicionado, y la PRESENCIA DE CUCARACHAS) y falta de atención por parte de la gerencia, sin disculpas ni compensación alguna, aun cuando la primera noche se me alojó en una habitación de menor calidad. El hotel se encuentra muy deteriorado en general. Lo único rescatable fue la actitud y el esfuerzo del personal, especialmente del equipo de limpieza. Por estas razones, no puedo recomendar el hotel. Al staff le doy un 10; al hotel y a su gerencia, un cero. Atentamente, Pedro Monteros

La habitación doble es muy amplia, los empleados de recepción son solo educados " no muy amables" hay diferencias. El estacionamiento es insuficiente al menos el segundo día de mi estancia no alcancé lugar

I had to leave early because the night clerk was agressive. He accosted me and said I did not pay the day before when I was going for coffee at 0700. The truth was dayshift did not record my cash payment, he also did not tell the truth. It took two hours to sort out. I was there on a business trip for two more weeks and checked out. Ive stayed at this hotel several times before. I will never be back. The nightshift worker is atrocious.

Super bien ubicado, cerca de centro comercial, habitaciones amplias y limpias, y cuenta con estacionamiento

El persona de recepción muy atento y amable. Las instalaciones se encuentran muy ubicadas, frente a un centro comercial, Oxxo en la esquina , literal a 10 metros, cerca de restaurantes, y las habitaciones muy limpias, y amplias. Sin dudarlo me hospedaria nuevamente aquí. Muy recomendable

No hay servicio de restaurante ni servicio de cocina, tampoco hay frigorífico donde puedas guardar alimento. El alimento unicamente se puede conseguir en la plaza y en el Oxxo (sin que necesite refrigeración porque no hay donde). No ponen toalla de manos.

I loved the location — it’s super central! There’s an Oxxo, pharmacy, market, and shopping center all around, which made everything very convenient and really saved my trip. However, there are definitely some areas to improve. The back parking doesn’t feel secure — no cameras or mirrors, and the security guard is only at the front and often sleeping. Same with the front desk at night — you might have to wait if they’re napping. The room was dirty the first day, with a humidity smell, ants, and mosquitos on the bed. Towels were very old and ripped, and there was only one bedsheet with the A/C. Not very comfortable unless you bring extras. The kitchen is nice, but you need to bring your own cookware, coffee maker, and plates. The fridge was great, clean and worked well. The second day the cleaning improved, but towels and sheets stayed the same. Overall, the location was amazing, but I hope they improve security, cleanliness, and comfort. Still, if you’re just looking for a convenient base to explore the area, this place works.

This hotel is not really for tourists. If you just want a nice clean place to stay for a night or two and you have your own transportation to get to the local attractions you will be satisfied. We reserved a room with a kitchenette but it was not useful because there are no plates, utensils or pots and pans, so there is no way to cook unless you know this ahead of time. The little pool is nice with a few deck chairs around for relaxing.
