Beds were great/ breakfast very good unfortunately coffee was not very good

This is a fabulous hotel. I can not recommend it enough—beautiful, large rooms, great bathrooms with a large glassed-in shower. I had a small balcony, which was lovely and very quiet. The rooftop care/bar was perfect.

Great room, great location! Could offer a few more amenities - bottled water wasn’t included in our stay beyond the first day, and they didn’t have scales to weigh out luggage. Bathroom products were very nice though, and the staff were lovely!

Simple yet luxurious little hotel, great location. Loved our room, food upstairs was great.

The property did not tell us there was no AC in the entire hotel prior to our arrival even though they had been actively communicating about different services they offered before our arrival. They had a portable AC unit that was super loud and made it very hard to sleep with. They told me they would give me a 50% refund on the first night due to the AC inconvenience but it was a lie. Would probably recommend staying elsewhere as for the price I paid was nowhere near worth what the hotel offered.

Hotel Dama is a beautiful, modern cozy hotel that has excellent service, delicious breakfast and drinks plus a very comfortable bed. The hotel is a hidden gem that is close to attractions while staying off busy streets. Hotel includes breakfast and is reasonably priced place.

Loved the Hotel Dama. Stayed in two rooms on the first floor and would have preferred a upper floor but not available. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were wonderful.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Mexico City.we stayed for 2 nights at the beginning and end of our trip to Mexico. It’s very easy to walk around the lovely neighbourhoods of Condesa and Roma Norte from here, after a lovely breakfast on the roof terrace. The staff were excellent,. Maria was very welcoming on reception and always helpful and friendly. Would love to visit again soon

This place is safe, has loads of mid century style and the rooftop is charming with terrific food. I was enchanted

Hotel Dama is a great property if you are looking for quiet, safe, clean and proximity to everything you need. Rooftop terrace is beautiful for breakfast or an evening cocktail. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very hip and chic property. Great for a solo trip or a couple.

Dama was an amazing hotel situated in a super-convenient location. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was perfectly comfortable. Every single member of the staff was friendly and welcoming and always ready to help answer any questions regarding the city. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Dama was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The neighborhood was walkable and safe, very close to Chapultepec Park which we really enjoyed. The included breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful. The rooftop terrace is so peaceful and perfect to relax with a drink. The hotel itself is a bit loud (street noise and insufficient soundproofing from the hallway) but it didn't bother us much. The bed was also so comfortable - I would love to stay here again!

Hotel is lovely and staff is very friendly and helpful. The top floor dining area is inviting and a wonderful place to have breakfast. The beds are delicious and everything in the room is nicely updated. My issue with the hotel is that for the price I would just expect more-I reserved the best room available as this was an anniversary trip, but the room was fairly small and looked directly out on a wall (the “courtyard” offered was about 3 feet wide). The bathroom was quite small, as was the lobby. They charged for little things like bottled water and specialty tea at the “included” breakfast. I would have been very happy with this hotel had I paid half its published rate, but at an average nightly rate well above other area options, this hotel did not live up.
