todos los días los desayunos fueron buenos, pero muy tardados para atender, horas pico solo un mesero y al parecer en la cocina una solo persona, terrible muy tardado.

Great location, but somewhat loud from the plaza. Rooftop patio provides a great view. Rooms are spacious with a bathtub and in average condition.

I love this hotel, the only complaint was the safe siding work in the room and I wish they had a mini fridge. Other than that the staff and hotel are great

Amazing location and very amicable staff. The downs were drainage didn’t work well, in the first room sink and shower/hot tub were not working properly and in the second only the shower/hot tub was not working. The other down was the AC never cooled down. I was completely unable to sleep the first night, so I requested a change to a different room; in the second room the AC felt a little bit better, but it never cooled down as it should.

I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel de Mendoza. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything easy and comfortable for me. I was especially grateful for how accommodating they were with my early check-in—it made a long travel day feel so much smoother. They were also incredibly helpful with the parking situation, which can sometimes be stressful in a busy city. Instead, they handled it with ease and kindness, and I felt completely taken care of. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of charm and character, and perfectly located in historic downtown. I absolutely loved being able to step outside and immediately be surrounded by the culture, architecture, and energy of the city. It made the whole experience feel immersive and special. Overall, the service, location, and atmosphere made this stay stand out. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Guadalajara in a meaningful and comfortable way.

Todo bien, quizá un poco más de empeño en la limpieza sería bueno. Estuve ahí más de 36 horas y no limpiaron mi habitación o baño.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was as precisely how they were photographed. Everything in the room worked well. The water pressure was fantastic. The beds and pillows were comfy. The staff was on top of everything and were extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant was also a very pleasant surprise. The food always felt fresh and the portions were perfect.

Fue una experiencia excelente, muy bonito hotel, practicamente salias y ya estabas en el centro la mejor ubicación. El personal muy amable y servicial.
