Pésimo Mantenimiento , el aire acondicionado no enfría , mosquiteros rotos , puertas y persianas en muy mal estado , falta de iluminación en cuartos. Lo único rescatable el personal y la comida.

todo muy bien pero el cuarto el clima que tiene no funcionaba o estaba muy mal diseado que no enfria

El servicio en el área de alberca y playa es NULO Como estaba nublado no ponían nada de camastros ni toallas Agua caliente para bañarte no hay porque es solar Las persianas de la habitación la mayoría en más estado por lo q hacia que saliera el aire acondicionado, que tampoco enfría al 100 y además goteaba y te caía toda la noche De 4 noches solo estuvimos 1 noche y preferimos movernos a otro hotel

No AC impossible to sleep. Pools are hot. Room full of ants. Food tried to be innovative but failed spectacularly.

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta !, el cuarto está muy cómodo, amplio, con alberca privada, la cena y el desayuno incluidos y muy rica comida !!, todo en general excelente , un lugar increíble para descansar y desconectarse !

The pluses - this is an amazing property the views of the ocean are fantastic and the food is incredible. The rooms are huge and the design is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and they were incredibly helpful fixing a few things. The minuses - for someone who’s unfortunately scared of lizards and frogs it was a stressful experience. There’s huge gaps around the doors through which insects and anything really can come in, the ceiling also allows for that. First day we found a frog in the bathroom, and we had to sleep with lizards on the walls as there was no way to get them out. I didn’t really sleep well because of this which defeats the purpose of booking such an incredible hotel.

Era de nuestros hoteles favoritos pero tristemente lo tienen muy descuidado ): Falta muchísimo mantenimiento. El servicio, la música y el sabor y presentación de alimentos son perfectos. Sin embargo si fue una amplia lista de cosas que mejorar las que tuvimos oportunidad de compartirles.

La verdad para ser un hotel del Grupo Habita esperábamos mucho más. Aunque digan que la experiencia es vivir más “al natural” la verdad es que tener animales en el cuarto, que se vaya la luz, que el clima no enfríe lo suficiente y el cuarto y la cama siempre tengan como polvo del techo de la palapa no es nada cómodo. El servicio en la recepción también deja mucho que desear, pero en restaurante el servicio y la comida están excelentes. El “spa” tampoco es algo que nos haya gustado, el último día nos lo prestaron amablemente pero resulta que no salía ni agua caliente, solo hay 1 regadera para todos y no hay ni dónde poner las cosas para cambiarse. Tal vez es para personas un poco más abiertas a este tipo de “experiencias” pero para ser un hotel de lujo yo hubiera esperado algo más.

El aire acondicionado lo sirve, muchos animales por mosquiteros rotos, había niños cuando lo venden como solo para adultos, puertas corredizas no abren, se fue la luz y nos quedamos sin agua, no tienen planta de emergencia de luz,

Es un paraíso pero si hay muchos insectos y animales😞

Worst service and staff e ever saw . The waiters Thick they are making you a favor . There is absolutely a problem of service at pool area . You need to either go personally at the bar or ask reception for help which takes half a hour to reply . We were twice (2 different days ) informed that the beers choosen were finished. At the end us$150,00 disappeared from my wife’s wallet

This hotel was a hidden gem, on a beautiful stretch of sand and amazing architectural design. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the bungalows were perfectly fitted out. This is the type of place to get away for couple days disconnect and relax with a loved one and take long walks along the beach. Highly recommend.

Excelente servicio, deliciosa comida.

Two nights , in both of them we were without electricity, without WiFi ,without lights .. nothing ! So expensive hotel but I suffered from low conditions ! In the nights the room was full of lizards and sometimes even bats. Disappointed.
