Excelente servicio

A lot of noise in middle of night from neighbors with several units. Like two to four thirty middle of night. Rooms are tiny outdated. Bed was great. Nice sheets. Shower water was unpredictable. No house phone. Door lock was marginal with no deadbolt. Hotel does not allow guests. No staff supervision of occupants with very noisy late night partying.

Had a great stay; would definitely return!

We really liked it. It is nice and cozy. I gave 5 stars because the location. The only thing was that we changed the room from one inside due to the noise outside from the cars.

The only thing nice but very deceiving is the photos. Upon arrival , NO ellivater , then NO WATER until the next morning and the room being street side was very noisy ( it didn’t stop) . What there was for towels where not much more than thread barren rags with no hand towels or face cloths available. You can see daylight through the ceiling of the room. We stayed one night and found accommodation else where. NOT RECOMENDED

Excelente ubicación, muy buena atención del personal. Aunque hubo problemas de agua en la zona, lo resolvieron rapido y muy bien. Totalmente recomendable y si regreso. Nos vemos el prox año.

Clean and comfortable

I had the economy room. 5th floor without elevator, no air conditioning, which is made very clear by the hotel. The balcony was basic with 2 chairs, but wifi was strong, so I could work in the shade. Room was in a tradional Mexican style, it is not a luxury hotel with amenities. But it is in good proximity to the bars and a lot of restaurants, and walking distance to beaches. Lots of interior patios to work remote at if that is more your style. Hotel is clean with water coolers, bring your ear plugs and/or white noise machines (download one on your phone). Iron (la plancha) and tv/ac remotes require a deposit, so have some pesos. Farmacia Guadalajara is next door and has an ATM with favorable rates. Pack light, know what you are renting, enjoy your stay. Staff is lovely. Guipes, Rienas, and the food trucks nearby are tasty/fun.

No internet. No elevators. Wrong room. Extra charges. No soap or shampoo. No parking. No phone. No A/C until we complained. No new towels. Not clean. Shower not clean. Some electrical outlets did not work. No tv unless a $100 deposit. Not recommended!

El personal era muy atento, muy amables en general, pero el lugar estaba muy descuidado, las fotos eran muy viejas y no representaban el lugar actual, no fue para nada lo que buscaba, el agua muy fría o muy caliente no se podía regular, y el internet nunca sirvió a pesar de que había 3 redes, en general una experiencia muy desagradable y espero que otros viajeros no se dejen engañar por las fotos, el lugar no era como lo mostraban.

A/C and ceiling fan both working. The room was clean. The staff was very nice. However the bathroom is very small and the street is quite noisy.

Great hotel for such an affordable price! It was very clean, tidy, and cozy. A special thank you to the staff — wonderful people work here who are always ready to help. The only thing to be aware of is the noise level (both from the street and through the walls). However, considering the cost of the stay, we were very happy with our choice.

El cuarto estaba bien pero el baño estaba sucio y por la parte de afuera tenía pipi

The room was above a very noisy street and the kids above us ran around until late. The towels were very poor quality.
