Bastante cómodo y bonito el hotel. Únicamente no le da sol a la alberca pero todo perfecto.

The room was equipped with both a fan and an AC. Unfortunately there was construction work ongoing at the indoor pool and the outdoor pool was closed. The breakfast was quite nice with a good selection of warm and cold dishes, but there were no fresh juices. There is no coffee machine in the normal rooms. The gents at the reception were not proactive, you had to ask for everything. The promoted Beach Club is not too far away and if you want to enjoy the beach you need to go to one of those. Transfer to the airport is easy and straightforward from the ATO Bus terminal (250m away).

El check-in estuvo muy estresante. La reserva no estaba en sistema del hotel porque indebidamente, 2 días antes de mi llegada, alguien de Hotels.com el 19 de Febrero canceló la reserva aunque ya estaba pagada. De no ser por DIANA una de las encargadas de reservas del Hotel Las Golondrinas, que investigó y resolvió el caso hablando a Hotels.com, yo hubiera tenido que pagar otra vez para hospedarnos en el hotel. Gracias Diana por tu alto sentido de servicio al cliente. Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en éste hotel, siempre todo bien excepto en ésta ocasión donde alguien externo (un tercero) metió la pata. Yo sí recomiendo éste hotel, buena relación precio/calidad, muy buena ubicación, tiene estacionamiento gratis, restaurant comida muy rica, el recepcionista muy atento y servicial.

No hay seguridad los climas enfrían el refrigerador hace mucho ruido la puerta de baño se atora y hace mucho ruido para abrir cerrar

Great hotel

In general good,and fair price,however why i didnt rate as 5 star, because bathroom is stinky,smell like pee, really strong odor. Thats my only bad review in general is a nice hotel and convenient everything is around!!

The hotel is very nice, it is very well located. It has very good connections to transportation and food. The only thing that needs to be improved is the reception inside the internet rooms and there are no places where there is no good reception. In general, it is very good.

Es bonito y accesible

Este hotel está muy bien, cerca de todo y mucho de lo que nos gusta hacer lo hicimos fácilmente por su ubicación. Solo hay dos detalles, las televisiones funcionan muy mal y el Internet es de muy baja velocidad y en el cuarto que nos dieron era muy difícil la conexión.

The rooms were a little too small but clean, the bathroom was clean but the toilet seat was rusty, very well situated, the areas outside was amazing it looks like a jungle, the staff was nice.

Everything was ok

Clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches. Skip the breakfast at the attached breakfast bar ... there's a nice little Mexican restaurant on the same block with excellent breakfast menu.

Very nice hotel in a great location just a few blocks away from 5th. Staff was fantastic and helpful with all our needs. Atmosphere is very tradition with the courtyard. The only negative was lack of water pressure in the shower but it was sufficient to get the job done. Would stay hear again. Few doors down was a great latin fast food joint which have great portions. Ate there twice. Location on main street and extremely safe.

Good location, safe and quiet

The hot water was out for 2 days. The safe didn’t work because they said the battery was probably out. They gave me a lock with key to use for the box, but that didn’t work. It was clean and great location. I sent an email asking about private transportation from airport, they said take the ADO bus.
