늦게 들어와 잠만자고 다음날 일찍 나가야해서 ADO 버스터미널에서 가깝기에 선택. 비교적 깔끔하니 괜찮았다. 샤워실도 깨끗하고 어메니티도 깔끔. 프런트의 직원도 친절하고 영어도 잘하는 분이어서 굿굿. 5번가랑 얼마 떨어져있지 않은데도 조용해서 좋았다. 체크인 전에 에어컨을 미리 켜 두는 서비스가 있었으면 더 좋았을뻔..

5번가도 가까우면서 직원들이 굉장히 친절한 좋은 저렴한 숙소.호텔존에서 올인클루시브를 3박하고 건너와 셀하가기전 스테이장소로 강추. 근처에 저렴한 식당들도있고 5번가도 무척가깝고 페리선착장과도 가까움.

Very Very good..... 정말 좋았습니다. 이런 곳은 널리 알려야합니다. 주변환경도 멕시코를 느끼기에 충분했고 바로 옆에 해변과 외국인을 위한 관광거리, 그리고 선착장이 바로 있어서 최고의 장소라고 자부합니다. 물론 차로 찾아가기에는 조금 헤맬 수 있지만 터미널도 근처에 있습니다.

NO confíen en esas evaluaciones que aseguran que este lugar es una “joya” escondida, yo lo creí y me llevé una terrible decepción. El mayor problema es que el A/C NO enfriaba! Jaja leído un comentario al respecto pero decidí no darle importancia, y ese fue mi error. Pedí un cambio de cuarto y el recepcionista respondía que tiene todo reservado (y me seguían apareciendo 3 Standard y 5 “Deluxe” en Expedia… Soy gerente de un hotel boutique y entiendo que simplemente no quiso ofrecernos la opción de cambiar de cuarto, es todo). El segundo problema fue con el control de la TV que NO funcionaba y el pobre chico estaba frustrado solo diciendo “es que no le entiendo a esto” después de media hora parado frente a la TV sin poder hacer nada (y lo único que había que hacer era cambiar el control, no las pilas). Al final solo dijo que iba a preguntar a “la gerente” pero en realidad nunca nos dio solución y se fue porque ya era su hora de salida y solo se quedó el guardia de seguridad que vigila en la noche. Fue una decepción terrible y me arrepiento infinitamente de haber hecho esta elección. La habitación es sumamente básica, las fotos están muy bien logradas para lo que realmente percibes al estar ahí. No lo recomiendo y no volvería ni gratis. Por cierto, por favor limpien el agua de esas tortugas que quién sabe cuántos años lleva así.

The hotel provides great value for the cost. It is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff are friendly and at night the front gate is locked, with a security guard watching it. It is a short walk to Quinta Avenida and to many great restaurants, yet it is far enough away from the clubs that it is quiet at night. My only criticism is that the water temperature is inconsistent (if you can get hot water, it takes a few minutes to come through the taps) and that the listing advertises a “hot tub” but it is not heated - it is just a jacuzzi shaped part of the pool with the same water as the pool. I would give the hotel 5 stars in all areas if the hot water situation was better and if the hot tub was actually hot. I will definitely consider staying here again!

El hotel esta muy conveniente para ir a ala 5t ave. caminando , el servicio es muy amable,y en cuanto ala limpeza son muy limpios , de ahi el unico comentario constructivo es que se aseguren de que el aire enfrie lo suficiente como para el hospedaje sea mas placentero ya que en la noche antes de dormir se sentia algo humedo., ese fue el unico inconveniente, de ahi para aca todo estuvo bien . gracias por su atencion

Wonderful attention to detail. Clean white linen and towels. Hot shower. Fresh coffee in am. Super clean!!! Pool area and pavillion with outside shower and bathroom. Full kitchen for use. Front desk staff very friendly speaking english very well. Carlos and Eduardo were outstanding. Always helpful and accomodating. Top of our list having stayed in Playa at 6 different places. Valuse for money is great. Looking forward to returning there

Para mim foi tudo perfeito. Lugar simples e extremamente aconchegante, limpo e tudo funcionava. Nao tinha cafe da manha mas tinha frigobar, cozinha compartilhada. Deixavam um cafe na maquina para os clientes. Podiamos pegar água do bebedouro.(quente para cha e fria tambem) Piscina limpa e agradável. Mercado proximo da av principal no qual comprávamos tudo e esquentavamos quando nao jantava fora. Chuveiro no primeiro dia deu problema e logo arrumaram. Enfim, tudo perfeito. Voltarei com certeza

Nice and quiet area. Staff was fantastic. Coffee is available in the lobby every morning. Fresh water from a water cooler is in the lobby which was a great convenience. There's a turtle pond, and the pool area and outdoor shared kitchen are nice. Kudos to Edouardo at Reception for being so professional and helpful.

neat, great location. A welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. We only stayed in the hotel for rest at night, so don't know and can't say much about the facility. The taxi front desk arranged for us was not big as promised. Four of us end up squeezed in the back seat, as we were rushing to the airport. Other than that, was a nice stay.

Very nice pool. Close to beach and many restaurants. Parking in front of Hotel available. Friendly staff at reception.

Eduardo and the other staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The pool was clean and idealic settings. We would definetly return.

Very good stay, would stay there again. Awesome personel working there. Only minus for me, was the palm trees are quiet tall, and they shadow, the swimingpool.

I gotta say this is the best little hotel in Playa Del Carmen. It's a sweet little secret of a spot! It's close to EVERYTHING, the main street (Quinta Avenida), the beach, the bus station, pick up spots for tours, convenience stores, and tons of tasty local food. (Romeos for italian or cheap perfect pizza to go) Basically take a left out the door and walk 5 minutes to beach and one of the best tacos at Tacos El Tio Noy. It's also QUIET!!! LunaSol is like a little oasis of quiet, from the busy main street. The pool area is absolutely lovely and so well kept. The entire hotel is so well maintained and clean. Staff is helpful and kind. Even the most basic room is well set up and spacious enough for our family of 3 to be quiet comfortable. There is great food within a block at 1/2 the price of the main street. Ocho's across the street has coffee and breakfast with a smile for "pennies"!! LunaSol gives you a local feel at a great price without sacrificing anything. My family felt so safe, comfortable and happy there we can't wait to go back. It's a great deal. Water in the lobby was a HUGE help!!! And luggage storage for late departures.

Todo muy bien

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Lunasol. The property is well-maintained and clean. Its location is convenient, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the bus station, and the ferry terminal. It's also far enough from the busy Quinta Avenida, making it relatively quiet at night. On a few occasions, we could hear music from a nearby bar, but it was faint and never disruptive. The staff were friendly and very helpful, assisting with excursion arrangements and answering our questions. We appreciated a few key features of the hotel: the quiet and effective AC (we have been in other hotels where the AC unit was so loud it would wake us up at night), the pleasant courtyard with a pool and waterfall, the fully equipped kitchen, and the cold bottled water available in the lobby 24/7. We found it convenient to refill our own bottles, which was both cost-effective and eco-friendly. They also provided beach towels, which could be exchanged for fresh ones every day—perfect for our beach outings. Overall, Hotel Lunasol provided a comfortable stay, and we would consider returning on a future visit.
