The Hotel is just okay if you’re looking for something just to crash and take a shower, is just a basic hotel. Location is excellent, buses, coffee shops, subway stations, etc, everything is walking distance. The hotel restaurant has reasonable prices and food is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is old, it’s seems like the owner doesn’t care about renovations, towels are terrible. Overall it’s a good option if you’re low budget and want something just for 1-3 days

The free breakfast just included fruits and juices. The door knob was broken from the inside. They didn’t have a hair dryer. But it was just convenient which was close to many areas and felt safe. The cleaning ladies really did their jobs.

Great shops and Restaurants nearby. Excellent walking area to parks boulevards and cafes

Nice helpful staff, and clean overall building. The food in the downstairs restaurant was good too. Our room though had a damaged sink faucet handle and light bulb that we requested to be fixed and was not fixed during our stay. But overall nice place for sure.

Location is excellent.Staff was helpful as they could be. But Hotel website said there was internet in all rooms, but many rooms did not have internet, and according to the staff there has been a problem for several weeks. Our daughter is in virtual school so we really needed the internet. We pressed the staff and eventually they did upgrade us to a room that had internet. Rooms are very dated, old TV's with local channels only in Spanish. Not particularly clean. Rooms are definitely not sound proof, we heard people coming and going all night. Free breakfast is really only coffee and a few pieces of sliced fruit. We could not even sub hot chocolate for our daughter.

Son muchos los problemas que tiene ese hotel, empezando con que no hay acceso a internet en las habitaciones. Hay uno solo contacto eléctrico y está en el baño; no tienen mesa para planchar, no tienen plancha, no tienen hielo. La señal de televisión son los canales abiertos, y continuamente está fallando la señal. No hay cobijas extras en las habitaciones; hay que bajar a recepción para solicitarlas y eso puede ser tarde en la noche. Se descompuso la chapa de la puerta y tenía que ir personal del hotel para abrir. La foto que muestra el restaurante es muy engañosa. El edificio es muy viejo y es muy notoria la falta de mantenimiento. Había reservado para 10 días, pero solo estuve 2. La falta de internet no me permitía trabajar, y la condición de la habitación no era buena. Pedí que me reembolsaran el pago de 8 días, pero declinaron, ya que la reservación se realizó por medio de Expedia.

The room felt neglected and old, I saw mold at the bathroom, wifi was not working at all, smelled like tacos all night because of some taquería next to it which makes me doubt they even care, no AC in the room, felt more like a motel of the 90s
