I had such a great time here. The food was amazing- I especially enjoyed Asian restaurant. I’ll definitely be revisiting!

Dining options were great. No wait and lots of choices. Pools were clean and warm. Love the covered shade areas. Still battle in the morning for a group of seats together. If you don't save a seat before 7am you struggle.

We’ve been to several RIU properties, and this one was not bad, but it wasn’t our favorite. Service inside the buffet was hit or miss depending on who you got, and it’s overall just OK when it came to eating. I do have to say that all the bartenders were wonderful and never ignored anyone and took care of everyone that showed up. The property and rooms were wonderful and everything was very clean. If you have children, this is not a bad place to stay. However, I would highly recommend the adults only properties.

Poca sombra en el área de la playa, en los restaurantes muy comun que se quedaran sin refesco sin azúcar. Pero lo mas malo es que toda la loza en el desayuno huele a huevo, incluso todo el restaurante de buffer. Algo que en particular tienen que corregir. A poco no hay algun producto que limpie, desinfecte y deodorice los platos, vasos y cubiertos. Vi que usaban marca Beta

La playa esta descuidada, más allá del sargazo, más camastros que gente, lleno de cintas amarillas de precaucion que da la sensación de una obra mas que de un lugar de veraneo. La calidad de la comida muy regular, así como la falta de personal en los restaurantes para atender lo que generaba mucha espera para acceder hasta que arreglen las mesas. Algunas Maquinas del gimnasio rotas. Toallas de la alberca viejas de mucho uso y en algunos casos manchadas. La limpieza de los cuartos muy bien, asi como la atencion de la gente muy amable. La parte de entretenimiento muy buena. Las actividades comienzan muy temprano y cortan el tiempo en la playa para estar en el atardecer

Great food options without reservations and not too crowded. Very clean and staff was amazing. Could be more activities for Teens and weight room to small for size of property. Overall was incredible experience. Waterpark was great and the parties are for all ages and very fun.

The staff is very attentive with vacationers. Didn’t like the beach. Too much seaweed.

The property is clean and we felt very safe there, however as a frequent traveler to All Inclusive resorts, many things fell short of our expectations. One of the most memorable things from my first visit to Cancun more than 30 year ago, was driving the Hotel Zone and seeing all the beautiful resorts located along the ocean. You will not have that experience here as the location is quite a distance north of the Hotel Zone and felt very isolated. The dining hours and options are limited with NO room service. The 24 hour food that is advertised as room service is actually nachos, cold hot dogs, hamburgers and sandwiches kept in a fridge at the sports bar that you have warm using the microwave in the bar. The pools along with the associated bars close at 7pm and everyone is shuffled to the stage area where they make a big deal out of their "parties". Everywhere except that area and the sports bar shut down at 7pm leaving the entire rest of the resort oddly vacant. Luckily it was not crowded when we were there, but if had been this would be a big problem. With a few exceptions (pool bartenders) the staff was not overly friendly or accommodating. Every other All Inclusive that I have stayed at really made the experience feel like a true luxury vacation. Riu Dunamar made it feel like the guests were children that needed to go to bed early and if you wanted a bedtime snack it was only going to be a crappy food that you had to make yourself. All considered, I would not return.

The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. Super friendly staff and very helpful. The only thing that I think could be better is the American options for food. No maple syrup at breakfast time but some apple type instead. I went with my teenage son and there were no chicken nuggets, tenders or fried chicken wings of any sort. Still a 8.8 out of 10 for me.

Nice water slides and pools. Free catamaran rental. Music, ambiance and resort activities. Food is good.

Location is great the island stop all the seaweed and we have a clean beach . The Hotel was pack , same menu every day for my 7 days . I recommend some changes on the menu also lots of food at the buffet but everyday same food

Reserve one room for 2 adults and 2 kids while I reached there they told me I have to pay another room And they put me in the same room of 2 twin bed with an extra pay of 1970

Todo nos encantó.. la pasamos increíble!! La limpieza todo espectacular no tengo queja para nada … fuimos muy felices.. Excelente grupo de entretenimiento …
