Muy bien todo en general. Solo en un par de habitaciones, se escucha un ruido de un transformador. Nada grave pero deberían mejorarlo. Se descansa bien, todo muy limpio y en muy buenas condiciones. El personal, amable.

The rooms were being remodeled. The hotel property is nice. There’s no AC and no elevator so you have to walk stairs to get to your room. They only give you one water bottle, one soap bar and a small shampoo bottle. There’s also a small dirt lot next to hotel for parking and it was pretty full most of the time. The staff was kind and polite. For a last minute hotel it was an ok stay.

Read my whole review. Our 1st room on the 4th level was bad. Door handle falling off, tv remote not able to turn off the tv. Night stand lamp missing the knob, could not turn on. We complained and the next day they moved us to a modernized room. That one was great. Breakfast was average. Staff very polite and attentive. Quaint building that is peaceful. Good part of town.

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The staff is professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the service was great. I recommend it. Ubicación privilegiada, un apunto favor es que cuenta con lugar para estacionar, está en remodelación pero eso no influyó para una agradable estancia. Personal muy amable.

Todo estuvo bien, muy limpio, cómodo y agradable. Lo unico malo es que está en remodelacion lo que hacia un poco incómodo estar en algunos sitios. Cuando terminen de remodelar quedara hermoso y cómodo. Aun asi mi estancia fue agradable, el personal muy atento y amable.

No hay elevadores, un poco lejos del cento y un poco feito afuera del hotel

Mi estancia en este hotel fue una experiencia frustrante. No había agua caliente en la habitación, llamé a recepción y me pidieron esperar media hora mientras encendían otros calentadores. Esperé 20 minutos, pero el problema persistió. Volví a llamar y nadie respondió. Al bajar a recepción, no encontré a nadie hasta que localicé a dos empleados en otra área. Al expresar mi molestia por la falta de solución, uno de ellos se disculpó, pero la otra persona, en lugar de atender la situación con criterio, se enfocó en pedirme que bajara el tono de voz, algo completamente fuera de lugar. Es inaceptable que un hotel no garantice un servicio tan básico como el agua caliente y que el personal no esté capacitado para manejar adecuadamente este tipo de inconvenientes. Definitivamente no lo recomendaría.

Un hotel bonito en sus instalaciones, sus habitaciones muy cómodas, el restaurante con un estilo de piedra muy agradable para disfrutar la comida, muy buena atención por parte del personal.

Recomiendo un extensor/booster del servicio de WiFi, ya que nuestra habitación no tenía señal, lo que la convierte en un inconveniencia para cualquier viajero que viene fuera del país.

Really enjoyed our stay here.. it is a convenient location, a short walk from the centre. We had a car and it was great to be able to easily park in their car park beside the hotel. All of the staff are very friendly, always helpful to share their knowledge of the town. The hotel itself is a very authentic traditional building.. the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast areas is also very comfortable with a nice selection of mexican food or pancakes and fruit..

Pedí jugo de naranja y ya no había, me dijeron que podrían ir a comprar las naranjas pero que tardarían 10 minutos. Por lo que tuve que esperar al final el jugo fue de tang !!!

Lo que más nos gustó fue la tranquilidad al dormir! Las camas, los muebles no son de lujo, tampoco nuevos pero están bien para solo llegar a dormir. Nos gustó el desayuno, que acompañan con fruta, jugo, té o café, (el café estaba rebajado, sabía más a agua) Si hay estacionamiento al lado. Se pueden ir caminando al centro haciendo unos 15 minutos a paso tranquilo.
