Very friendly and helpfull staff. We had a great time.

El día que llegamos estaba lloviendo, por lo quela entrada estaba inundada, además deje un paraguas sobre el mostrador y ya no me lo regresaron en la recepción, da mala imagen que los empleados te roben. Además el desayuno es siempre lo mismo, creo que deberían variarlo un poco. Nunca nos dejaron jabón para las manos.

El staff fue muy amable

la habitación estaba muy linda y cómoda, las personas que trabajan ahí nos trataron súper bien, el ambiente era cálido, 100% recomiendo aquí

Very nice hotel and affordable

Hola; ya me habia quedado aqui anteriormente pero esta última visita si dejo mucho que desear. Primero me toco una habitación en la cual la puerta tenia problemas para cerrar; el internet super malo en el segundo piso ; la red es muy inestable; una de las camas tenia una sabana con una mancha y una de las toallas estaba sucia. En mi dia de desayuno los platos tenian olor a huevo podrido o similar a un mal lavado o secado. Desgraciadamente yo era cliente frecuente del lugar pero ya cambiare de establecimiento.

Tenian una promocion de una pizza y una cubeta de cervezas, la compramos pero fue un martirio ya que solo estaba una persona y tardo una eternidad en completar el pedido, para colmo se le olvido una parte y la cerveza batallo hasta para conseguir el hielo, al final tuvimos que cenar tarde y la comida fria

El café estaba de baja calidad

We stayed 6 nights at Kali Centro and I was happy with our decision. The Hotel was very easy to find. It is located between the Salto de Agua and Balderas Metro 1 stops…and is a 6 minute walk to either of them. It is also about a 10 minute walk to Bellas Artes or China Town. The Hotel is clean with modern updates. The check in was easy and every employee we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. We were on the 4th floor and our room was very quiet. The mattress was on the firm side but was comfortable. I have to mention that the elevator broke 1 day but was quickly fixed. The Breakfast for me was a highlight and had plenty of options and was fresh and replenished throughout the morning so you don’t have to worry about being the first one when they open in the morning, haha. There is a small restaurant in the lobby with good food and beverage options for a quick meal or casual drink. They provide a bottle of water for each person per day which i appreciated. They also have a filtered water station in the lobby where you can fill your own water bottle. Our floor also had a filtered hot water dispenser. I’ve read reviews about the internet but we didn’t have any problems with our phones. There is a nice seating area on each floor that offers a stronger WiFi connection if needed. There’s also a large quiet seating area adjacent to the dining room. When we return to Mexico City again we’ll definitely stay at Kali Centro. It is budget friendly but without compromises. 👍

La atención excelente, la habitación y el hotel muy limpio. Me encantó que hay agua y café siempre gratis y disponible. Desayuno variado y rico, además la comida del restaurante muy buena y son rápidos, precios muy buenos. Cama cómoda, nada ruidosa la habitación y muy buen aislante de luz. Sí es céntrico, pero la zona es peligrosa. A pesar de estar muy cerca de bellas artes siempre tuve que moverme en taxi de aplicación.

La cercanía al centro es excelente y la limpieza que tiene el hotel muy buena

El menú a la carta muy completo, todo el personal con la mejor disposición de ayudarte y la atención estupenda, la habitación muy limpia y muy cómoda, el desayuno buffet para mí quedó a deber en cuestión de platillos, debería ser un poco más variado pero con buen sabor. Todo excelente el día qué regrese a cdmx sin duda me volvería a quedar ahí.

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The woman assisting us was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. What made the situation worse was an inappropriate comment she made implying that we didn’t have the money to pay. That kind of assumption is not only disrespectful, but completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. There was no reason for us to be treated that way, and it made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Front desk staff are the first impression of a business, and this interaction reflected very poorly on the establishment. I hope management addresses this issue seriously, because no customer should be made to feel judged or disrespected like that.
