Súper recomendable una vista increíble

Awesome staff, great service and nice rooms

Reconozco que el trabajo del personal es excelente muy muy educados y mucha calidez por parte del personal,,, lo que me dejó mal sabor de boca es la ubicación del Hotel está muy incómodo llegar y siento que está muy incomunicado a los servicos,,, ví algunos hoteles más céntricos y con un precio más comodo, otro aspecto que no me parece bueno es que de cortesía solo una botella de agua,, caray por la ubicacion del Hotel y el precio considero que debería tener más concesiones y lamentablemente esto deja ante mis ojos a Trivago como un mal recomendaron de servicos.

La habitación estaba vieja descuidada y muy fea, creo que la publicidad es engañosa

Recomiendo el lugar no más tienen que tomar en cuenta que está de subida y en Guanajuato el subir para bajar restaurantes y al centro si es algo complicado más bien cansado y algo muy importante si vas en coche la verdad sí es muy difícil meter el coche para su estacionamiento debido a que solo hay una calle muy angosta que entra y tienes que subir así que si tu coche no tiene una buena aceleración no va a poder subir es más un hotel para llegar a pie de ahí está muy bien ubicado para llegar a cualquier parte y tiene una Vista Hermosa

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean. But the restroom smelled really bad and you couldnt open the window because it was facing the walk way. No air conditioning and one of the beds was really hard felt like sleeping on a board. It is walking distance to Pipila which was a plus. Also had onsite parking which was really nice.

Nos tocó la mala suerte de una habitación con vista a una pared. No veíamos nada de calle ni nada. Es muy complicado llegar en carro manejando si no tienes muchísimas habilidades de conducción debido a lo estrechas y pequeñas que son las calles para llegar. El internet no llega a la habitación ni tampoco funcionaba la TV. Fuera de eso, el personal muy atento 24/7, limpio y todo perfecto

Worst hotel stay ever!! Very bad misrepresentation of their property completely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! This property does not meet the high standards of booking through Expedia that I have always been accustomed to.

Highest hotel at the very top of the mountain. Not very accessible by foot unless you're ok with a very steep hike into town. I was traveling with a baby and thought I could take a nice walk into town and that was nearly impossible with a stroller as the sidewalks are not wide enough for strollers and the only way down is primarily through sets of really steep stairs. The hotel was very clean but not very modern. The mattresses were awful. You can almost see the permanent indent of bodies that have laid there. The view was spectacular. The front desk were very friendly. My least favorite part was how out of reach the hotel was from the downtown area.

The views AMAZING! We rented 3 rooms altogether and room 8 smelled of mildew and so did the towels in that room. The walk to downtown is a good workout! The staff very nice.

L’hôtel applique une politique zéro alcool et il est donc interdit de posséder ou consommer d’alcool dans votre chambre privative!!! Nous avons refusé cette règle car elle était pas indiquée ni disponible dans l’application expedia. Nous avons contacté Expedia et sommes partis! Le personnel nous a informé qu’ils autorisaient la cancellation avec remboursement mais que cela devait être traité par un autre département le lundi. L’hôtel a par la suite refusé le remboursement et nous avons donc du payer l’hôtel non utilisé plus un autre hotel de remplacement. Il est pas non plus indiqué que le chemin pour arriver à l’hôtel en voiture est très difficile et non sécuritaire! Il est aussi indiqué que c’est une entrée sans escaliers mais seul le lobby est sans escalier, il faut prendre des escaliers pour se rendre aux chambres! Plusieurs informations manquantes ou fausses! Je ne suis pas difficile sur les hébergements mais sincèrement ceux-ci ont étés malhonnêtes envers nous!

La habitación es amplia y limpia, todas las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables y respondieron todas nuestras dudas y peticiones, sin duda me volveré a hospedar en el mismo hotel
