Little Gem exceeded my expectations. The staff were so helpful. They arranged our airport transfers, booked tours for us, had mopeds or atvs to rent at reasonable prices, and bikes free to use. Rooms were clean, coffee maker in room, even beach towels. Close to many restaurants and the best coffee and cafe right across the street. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!

​We spent 10 days at the Little Gem in Tulum, and it truly lived up to its name! It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a boutique feel in Mexico. ​What we loved: ​Aesthetic & Cleanliness: The hotel is visually stunning with a great design. Our room was consistently spotless throughout our entire stay. ​Exceptional Staff: The team was incredibly friendly. Whenever we had a question, they provided helpful answers immediately. ​Great Amenities: Having free bicycles available was a huge plus, and the on-site scooter rental made exploring so much easier. ​Location: It has excellent connections to the various trendy neighborhoods and "scene" areas of Tulum. ​A small note for improvement: ​The only minor downside was the pool area. During our stay, it wasn’t quite as clean as the rest of the hotel, and the water seemed a bit murky/unclear. ​Overall Verdict: Despite the pool, we had a very wonderful stay. The atmosphere, the service, and the convenience of the location made our trip special. We would definitely come back!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was nothing short of spectacular. Their warm welcome and genuine friendliness made me feel right at home. What truly stood out was their extensive knowledge of the area. They offered fantastic recommendations for restaurants, local sights, and activities, which greatly enriched my stay. Friendly staff, lovely clean room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Hot shower, fridge, coffee and milk frappe with complementary biscuits every day, beach/pool towels. Fresh water available in the lobby with percolated coffee. Kitchen available to use with a microwave, toaster and kettle. We bought our own breakfast but there was a cafe just across the road. Location very good for walking to lots of restaurants. Free cycles available but as we had a car no need to use. We drove to Jaguar park to access the Tulum ruins and used the electric cars to get around. We also went to the Niken beach club (300 pesos pp minimum spend) and a tour to the Biosphere nearby. Great stay, the road to the hotel has got large holes but this is only for about 100 yards so not really a problem if you drive slow.

We loved our stay at Little Gem while visiting Tulum. Nestor and Romina were incredibly helpful in guiding us toward restaurants within walking distance as well as recommending beach clubs. Super grateful for the gracious hospitality, the clean rooms, and the quiet courtyard.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, safe place, however roads going to the hotel were very bad and the pool was extremely small (unlike what was depicted in the photos)

Great stay

La chambre (draps, toilettes, douche…) est propre. La chambre est spacieuse. À disposition, café, thé, eau renouvelés tous les jours. L’hôtel prête des vélos. Le personnel est aimable et disponible. Le chemin d’accès est accidenté, comme beaucoup de chemins à la Veleta, mais reste pratiquable

Hotel et Personnel tres agréable. Il vaut mieux se garer un peu avant l hôtel car trou sur la route devant hotel.

Little Gen Hotel is truly a little gem. The property is quiet, aesthetic, and has a private & romantic vibe. It is a little paradise amidst the busy streets that surround it. The property has a gate/door and is surrounded by a wall that underscores its safety. Above all, though, the staff was outstanding. All of the attendants were extremely kind, gave us great recommendations for things to do nearby, and were very accommodating to our requests. We visited for our honeymoon, and once they found that out they decorated our room which was also a very kind and personal touch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptional very professional and helpful. Looking forward to our trip there! The rooms are very beautiful with amenities. Close to downtown shops, restaurants not far the beach national park. This boutique hotel is in a great neighborhood very peaceful and safe.

The only thing that we always had a struggle everytime we go out was to be extra careful on the road especially at night . It was bumpy and there were no signs at all. But we had a nice stay. Its 9/10 for me.

The property was beautiful well equipped with everything a smart traveler would require and a lot you wouldn’t think of. We were completely safe there. It was beautiful. I give it a 10 in the aesthetics department; but beyond a doubt, best thing about this place is the excellence par-none of the staff! Willing & happy to go above and beyond! Whatever it takes to make your stay memorable, relaxing & full of fun activities!
