Luxurious stay

El hotel bonito nuevo en general bien, la recepción muy bien 10 de 10 ella muy amable y servicial, pero el personal de limpieza 7 de malas y la limpieza mal hecha, creo que ahí te demuestran que lo hacen por hacer, albercas bien solo que mal ubicada la primera, nos llamaron la atención por que se sale el agua de la alberca y les molesta limpiar y como queda a la orilla de un pasillo es incómodo e inseguro para otros huéspedes, pero solo nadábamos y jugábamos, entonces si esa es la intención está alberca no sirve para ti.

The room was very clean and I liked the facility. It was close to town, and a nice walk to the beach. The pools were fun and the hotel is very modern. Our room was pretty small and we made it work. If you want a bigger room, make sure you click on the suites, etc. Would stay there again.

Room was clean, modern and bright. the location was excellent - just on the edge of town so not noisy but still well lit and safe coming back from town in the evenings. the rooftop pool was exceptional. The neighbourhood the hotel is in includes local residences - and neighbours have roosters... they will wake you up at the crack of dawn. it was also quite a hassle to trade in beach towels for less sandy ones.

Very nice and spacious room. Staff very attentive. Rooftop pool beautiful. Parking is underground. Too low of clearance for our truck with canopy. Staff arranged parking in a secure lot nearby.

The room was spacious and clean and the rooftop pool was very nice. The AC worked great too. It's a far enough walk away from the plaza that you don't get much noise at night but still within 10 minutes from the beach, the road that the hotel is on does get pretty dark at night though. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and was kind enough to watch our bags while we waited to check into our room. I would stay here again.

Decent hotel. Very very basic. Kitchen almost has no cutlery or cook wear. I don’t think I would stay here again.

The staff here is super lovely, and we had a wonderful stay. One night, a blackout knocked out our A/C and we were generously upgraded to a nicer suite (with A/C in tact). The pool is beautiful (though it doesn't have any shade) and the location is perfect for walking into town without being so 'in it' that it's loud. Would recommend.

Such a beautiful clean hotel. Everything worked great and the staff was so welcoming and nice. Will definitely be staying here again for all my Sayulita vacations.

Cute hotel about 10 mins from the main Sayulita Beach. The property itself is modern and very clean/well maintained. Has a gym and co-working offices. I was travelling with my 8 year old daughter - we stayed in a basic/small room and it was fantastic - had everything we needed, beautifully designed, offered bottled water w the room, safe, closet and great bathroom. Wifi was powerful and room had AC. Due to the design (all concrete floors/walls) and no door buffers, the sound carries easily down the hallways so when other ppl coming home later at night the noise carries into the room. For the price tho, this is a steal! I'd definitely stay here again (with ear plugs to minimize night-time disruptions) because the location close to the beach, rooftop pool, security, and modern design were a memorable part of our Sayulita vacation.

Très belle chambre avec petite cuisine et rooftop avec piscine. L’hôtel était situé à quelques pas de la plage et des différents restos et bars les plus animés!
