Amazing experience! Margaritaville delivered as always - Karisma & team are well prepared to deliver exceptional service, quality and entertainment! Super fun, safe adventure to Riviera Maya - loved the staff.

The property was pretty great. The food options were good and easily accessible. The resort size was perfect for walking. We stayed at a swim up room which was nice. The bartenders were good and the wait staff was awesome. Carlos in the Landshark restaurant was especially good. Couldn't say enough good about the staff and the facilities. We went on a few excursions and they were awesome. The Cons: We signed up for excursions which were great, but be aware they will ask you to sit through a sales presentation. No big deal for us it was a good deal but we chose not to sign up. It isn't quite a timeshare, but the presentation unsurprisingly took longer than the 1.5 hours. The beach got washed away last year in a Hurricane, so just be aware there is no beach access. Wasn't a huge deal for us but might matter to someone booking. Overall really enjoyed the resort and the staff, but just be aware what you might be getting into with the sales presentation and no beach. Definitely would stay again.

Been to over 30 all-inclusive resorts in Mexico over the years. While beautiful and new, it was by far the worst. The term "all-inclusive" here is a stretch at best. Pools and bars open late, close early. Food was the same every morning for two weeks straight. Room service hour and a half for a pot of coffee. I could go on and on...m Avoid at all costs! Everything about it is driven to prevent you from using the all-inclusive part and instead spend money on things not included. You've been warned...

The gym was clean and well maintained. The main pool could use more cleaning, but probably because it was the busiest pool with people spilling alcohol all the time. Restaurants were good, but the best for sure was the service. The manager at the Shark restaurant was incredible, always going out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time. The bartenders had great attitude and Moeses was the one everyone was looking for, he was fun, great attitude and would remember the drinks for each person for the rest of the week.

The Good: excellence, attentive staff, very clean rooms, fantastic pool area. Could use improvement: smelly beachfront due to rotting seaweed, most restaurants food could use an upgrade, limited road infrastructure makes it tough to visit other areas, lack of roaming to sister property without expensive fee.

From my arrival to departure, everything was perfect from the staff accommodations to the amazing food (taco boat) and atmosphere. The pool area and relaxation was quite the experience. I would definitely recommend staying at this property if you want to have the time of your life.

Buena experiencia, resort para relajarte en general. No es grande por lo cual no se camina mucho. Todo esta cerca. No hay mar, solo hay piscinas y sus actividades son muy limitadas. En chek out es a las 12:00 pm y ya no puedes hacer uso de las instalaciónes a partir de esa hora. Recomendaria este lugar para descanso total. Si eres una persona con mucha energia y que le gusta realizar muchas actividades este no es el hotel para ti.

Bar closes way too early limited food options. No adult activities. The point system you can only get chips and soda . Really? Umm .. nothing else . Horrible! Room service was so limited. If you’re eating the walk up and say.. we are closing in 45 minutes. And they start closing the buffet. No beach ‘n the pool is 3 feet. Not allowed in it after 7. They cater to the group that pays 100.00 a day to come each weekend from out in town. Everything was so expensive. The venders are there as you try to go to dinner. Pushy!! My TV broke . My air conditioner did not work. And if you say in your room for more than 15 minutes. Everything turned off. Like air, and lights. Paid way too much for nothing.

El primer día de mi instancia uno de los bell boys, se quedó con un cambio, comentando que me lo regresaría y nunca pasó. Quiero mencionar que yo solo me quedé una noche. Igual me gustaría sugerir que posterior al check out los huéspedes tuviéramos el acceso al snack o restaurante mínimo hasta las 2 de la tarde, eso porque en otros hoteles he tenido la experiencia que me dan acceso hasta las 4 de la tarde, y no necesariamente tiene que ser una habitación solamente para alimentos y bebidas, eso sí fue un punto bastante decepcionante, fuera de eso la verdad el servicio el hotel y la calidad está muy bonito.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Five Stars! We’ve been coming to Cancun for 30 years and always stay at the Iberostar Grand Paraiso (we call it the Ritz Carlton of the Riviera) - adults only as well. So, our expectations are HIGH!! We booked Margaritaville for Mother’s Day / Graduation with our adult son as our other resort wasn’t available. What a blessing!! We’ve now discovered a new “go-to” hot spot in Mexico. From the frozen margarita popsicle upon arrival, to the impeccably decorated lobby and bar, to the friendly bi-lingual team at every turn, especially the pool activity team, the resort is top notch! The pools and pool bars are gorgeous and conducive to having a blast or taking a nap. The restaurants and bars were plentiful and the Italian Restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and delicious. I love Jimmy Buffet, but my husband does not. However, he was pleasantly surprised to see how they incorporated a bit of Buffet without going to extreme. The vibe and decor everywhere you go is a cross between Tommy Bahama & Key West’s best, but a bit more elegant. The guests were fun and ranged in age and it was easy to make friends, especially at the swim up bars. We travel and vacation usually twice a month, and this will be a repeat visit. And, we will most definitely be recommending this to friends. It would be a great friend or family reunion spot. You can’t beat the price for the value you receive and the close proximity to the airport makes it a huge plus!

Loved our stay. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Lots of room at pool and did not have to try to save a chair at 6am. Food was good- especially at specialty restaurants. Landshark brewery tour was excellent! Food was great at brewery for lunch but not so great for dinner/late night. My only complaint was we could not get our room cool enough at night-
