The rooms were excellent. Cleaned every day.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene lo necesario, limpio y el personal amable.

Location was good not too far from the beaches and the town of La Crucecita. The room was very clean and staff were excellent offering help with taxis, rental car and even my SIM card. The pool was nice for cooling off. AC. Worked really well. Breakfast was good. The wifi was poor but that’s not the end of the world. Only thing I would really have liked would be to have a small fridge in the room

The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good a 10 minute walk to Santa Cruz. The pool was great and kept really clean. The only negatives were poor wifi and rooms do need a small fridge.

Room was spotless , staff was wonderful, pool was great - only issue and not a big deal was water pressure in the shower

Room was clean, the staff at the desk very helpful and engaging. Pool was very enjoyable.

The room was incredibly clean and the air conditioning made it very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and several staff spoke English as well. The pool was nice for a dip and there were great, shady tables at the back to play cards or have drinks. The rooms were basic and so we supplied our own Kleenex, hair dryer, ice and drinking glasses. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and as advertised. Staff was friendly and good humoured as we tried to converse in our rusty Spanish. Great pool and restaurant. Only drawback might be the nightly Zapotec buses' music. But it wouldn't deter us from coming again. Great location close to the beach too!

Todos son my amables, atienden bien y sonclaros, las chicas que realizan la limpieza de las habitaciines son fenimenales. Solo recomendaria que mejiren un poco la saturacion de la wifi. Pero en general un excelente servicio. 100% recomendable

Todo bien, limpio, buena atención etc. Solo el servicio en el restaurante muy lento, el mesero (un jovencito se equivocó en dar un platillo mal ) según era café de refil y nos salieron a todos los clientes q ya no había, q se había acabado , siendo q eran como las 9:30 am , muy mal el restaurante

Mucha limpieza en todo, se agradece que las sábanas y toallas estén impecables

El personal de mostrador y limpieza fueron increíbles, los chicos del mostrador siempre nos orientaron con actividades en la ciudad y estuvieron disponibles en todo tiempo. Lamentablemente, las instalaciones fueron la parte negativa, la puerta para accesar al cuarto no abría lo suficiente que fue un problema entrar con la carriola. La señal de internet fue nula, que prácticamente no tuvimos Wifi en nuestra estancia. La hora del desayuno fue un poco difícil pues el restaurante tiene tours que vienen a desayunar, que las personas que estamos en el hotel, tenemos que esperar para poder accesar al buffet.

My room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with hot water. The air con was so good to have,and the pool area is lovely. The staff were friendly. It was walking distance to a large supermarket, the beaches and Centro.

I had called the hotel to let them know I wouldn’t be checking in at the said time and the receptionist was very kind and said since we’re communicating we wouldn’t have to worry and the room will be there. Upon arrival she was the receptionist that worked the afternoon/night shift was very kind and loved her. She even recommended taking cabs and informed me they take you to the local beaches and the “Centro” (la Crucecita) for 40 pesos. The pool is kid friendly and with large families there too. You can definitely feel the family lovely environment. They would clean the rooms daily and brought new towels and staff was very kind. My waitress was also an absolute pleasure she even remembered my partner's order and mine which made the stay even better. Once again huge shoutout to the lady receptionist from the mid-day shift! And the waitress!!

Es un lugar limpio cuenta con estacionamiento, alberca limpia las habitaciones son comodas, solo le hiso falta un frigobar.
