Uno de mis lugares favoritos, todo excelente.

No es un hotel per se , hay nada mas que un recepcionista . No tiene aire acondicionado . Hizo calor . No limpian la habitación diariamente

The apartment was really well maintained and I enjoyed it very much. It was quite spacious and had all the amenities. There was a fan available which was helpful but it wasn’t sufficient to cool the entire room. I found myself having to move the fan to different outlets depending on where I was in the apartment. Also, I was on the 7th floor and the elevator suddenly stopped working. When it was time to check out, the morning I messaged the host to ask for an update on if the elevators would be fixed by midday, and go no reply. I had to fetch my luggage down 7 flights of stairs which was ridiculous. No help was provided.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room. I stayed at the other location they have last year and enjoyed it as well. I do wish they provided filtered water like the other location. The roof top was absolutely stunning. Thank you so much.

The positives first — the property is in a very walkable area close to many restaurants and felt safe. The security guards were very kind and helpful. The negatives — right beside a hospital so we constantly heard sirens. The rooms didn’t look as new as in the pictures online which wouldn’t be horrible if they were very clean.. but they were not. There was hair on the floor and in some towels. For me, the worst part was the bathroom. Our room had two bathrooms. Both showers only had ceiling waterfall heads that directed the water everywhere but down. For the days I did not want to ruin my hair, ringing was very hard. The washroom attached to one of the bedrooms had no fan. Running the water for 2 minutes meant it steamed up and made everything smell musty. It also looked like mold was present in the shower tiles. Based on the comps we looked at before choosing this property, I think there are other options available for the same money. Having extra space is nice when it feels like you can use it. I was left wanting to touch as few surfaces as possible.

The staff was extremely incredible and kind. Would go back to the same spot, for sure!

This place has one good thing going for it, the location. Everything else was a series disappointments, some minor, some not so. From technical glitches with doors, to lack of prepared personnel at the reception desk, to unnecessary experiences, one during check in and another with a reception guard waking me up at 2am. The walls are paper thin, the furniture and fixutures are clean but aged. There is no air conditioner in the building, even now the rooms get hot, hot, hot. The manager was kind, but one particular receptionist/secuity fellow was particulary rude .Bad experience overall, and not a cheap one. Never coming back, sorry.

Check in was cumbersome, awkwardly and unfriendly. Very thin walls, hot rooms because there are no air conditioners. Clean but outdated furniture and fixutures. In 7 days stay, only once the room was clean and this is not a cheap dwelling. Very dissatisfied

The staff was excellent, and the amenities met expectations. The shower head requires unclogging since only some holes functioned, causing water to stream onto my scalp and making it take longer to wash my hair. I suggest soundproof windows, as I could hear everything and didn’t sleep well. Apart from that, it’s a nice place to stay.

Ik heb eindeloos gezocht naar een geschikt hotel in Mexico Stad, maar stuitte alleen op te kleine, gehorige of verouderde kamers. Overal was volgens de reviews wat op aan te merken en de prijzen waren alsnog hoog. Nido Roma is een parel! Ruime kamer en alles is brandschoon en modern. Je krijgt een ruime badkamer, een goed uitgeruste keuken, een bank en smart tv en een groot comfortabel bed. Het gebouw heeft 24/7 beveiliging en de portiers zijn vriendelijk. Het is wel ietwat gehorig, maar niet genoeg om de kamer niet te boeken. Gewoon doen!!

We had a lovely stay at Nido. The rooms was very nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the staff was kind.
