Do NOT go here!!!! It is closed!!!! They put you at a different resort which is an adult only with loud music and parties…we got lost twice at night because we could not find where we were actually staying..it was called BETU. Mosquitos bit me all night. Could not sleep. When I discovered everything had been misrepresented and asked to leave and get a refund they denied my request but gave someone else a free night. They have a party for local clubbers and give them free waters and drinks but we pay $40 per drink… You will be charged over $1000 per US dollars for food and drinks. They triple the price of American food. Get a cab—you will be quoted 18 different prices..we found one for $20 and went into town and got great food and drinks for regular cost. The beach is horrible with seaweed. I had a leak in my room and it was humid at night and my humidifier would not work. Expedia did nothing to help!!! Even though we booked a place that didn’t exist.

Nomad is actually close to you actually are staying with Be Tulum. Be Tulum was a very nice hotel but there is hardly anyone staying there. Free breakfast was delicious but drinks were pricier. $25 usd for a mimosa. I’d recommend staying and eating elsewhere.

We had an amazing experience at Nomade. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. The food served at their restaurants are all delicious, the drinks are well made. The parh to your room is surrounded by nature, and all very private. The daily yoga is so peaceful, and our favorite experience was definitely the Temazcal ritual! We highly recommend this hotel!

Recomiendo que utilicen la caja de seguridad no puedo asegurar lo que voy a mencionar pero desapareció parte de mi dinero en efectivo que traía . Eso sucedió en mi estancia en el lugar . Lo tenía en mi cartera y de un día solo desapareció.

Great hotel

I was Beyond disappointed. Rooms smelled like a tiki torch fuel. You cant flush toilet paper and are asked to leave it in the trash in the room for 24 hrs. the beach was dirty and unclean. I asked for a refund and they didn't honor it or give me credit to one of their alternate properties Very poorly managed

The beach is amazing The food is even better BUT the rooms are noisy, floors dirty and beds are hard like a table. We changed 2x rooms. Didn’t sleep the whole stay.

Raccoons had access to your room from the rooftop since it was made out of tree palms leaves, no one cleaned room from previous stay as the sheets were dirty and dead bugs were within the linen. No refreshing of towels while staying there for 5 days. At night the raccoons were on the rooftop and broke a whole in the palm leaves.

Our room was close to the kitchen so from morning till midday it smells kitchen. It's one of the expenciests hotel in the Tulum, but they will charge you for copal sticks that really costs 50 pesos and mosquito spray....

Beautiful property that felt luxurious yet not pretentious. Food was excellent and loved the cappuccino smoothies! We stayed in a suite that had a private plunge pool and it was gorgeous! Staff went above and beyond with making sure we had everything that we needed and made our room spotless every day.

Exceptional experience on every level. I’m generally an adventurous person but couldn’t find many reasons to venture out. Great food, accommodations, programming, and service. Definitely will return.

Amazing hotel, the beach is beautiful. I really enjoyed my week at the Nômade hotel. I should have stayed longer.

The room was clean, but for the price I think water should have been unlimited and it would have been nice to see the blank walls in the room with artwork.
