Very convenient and felt safe

We had a two-bed ocean view room, and the view was amazing! The building is a bit old, but it’s in a very convenient location, and the staff are super nice and friendly. Here are a few things you might want to know: The pool is small. The poolside restaurant/bar only accepts cash. They only provide one beach towel per person for the entire stay, so you'll want to keep it clean and hang it to dry each night. There’s a very loud bar next door, so you’ll hear music—especially later in the evening. It’s best to give your taxi driver the name "Salvia Condominium" rather than the address; it took our driver forever to find it. The beach right in front is a very popular public beach, so it’s always crowded with locals, especially on weekends. Overall, it was a great stay and an excellent value for our girls' trip—we’d definitely come back again!

Very Nice and great location Beachfront property very friendly atmosphere and great access to the Beach and safety and secure. I enjoyed the festivities access along the beach and the scenery was Beautiful, and the sound of the Ocean was very relaxing. The view from my room was great. The room itself was great and accommodating. The property was beautiful and security. Staff was friendly and helpful. Always smiling and greeting. Most of all the Sleep was Excellent. Six Days of relaxation. Great Vacation!!! Miss IT!!!!

Everything was great! The location, the room, the beach. The only thing I would suggest is to get better pillows. Great place.

On the beach near every thing

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo in Cancun. The location is hard to beat, right on the beach with beautiful views from the main big glass window. It's just a minute away from a mall and Cancun top nightclubs. Note that this isn't a hotel, but a private condominium room so I had a host that was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable, with an oversized air conditioner that kept things cool. Waking up with the beach view on the window was a highlight on the morning. If you're looking for a well-located, comfortable place to stay in Cancun with easy beach access, I'd recommend checking out this condo.

No ofrecen lo que venden, nunca me explicaron que el lugar serían los condominios salvia. Yo conozco esos condominios y la playa esta en condiciones precarias horrible, por eso yo no busqué condominios salvia en su página. Las fotos que ustedes muestran en el lugar que se llama paradise beach front se miran las instalaciones muy bonitas, pero al llegar al lugar a hacer check in resulta que son los condominios salvia. Y yo no quería ese lugar, no ofrezcan algo que no es. Yo no me quede ahí por lo mismo y ojalá me puedan hacer mi reembolso

First the name is not Paradise, it’s Salvia, a lower star rating than promoted. No phone and it doesn’t show up on GPS. Upon check out we were charged for towels my wife used to wipe her makeup off. No credit card incidentals, cash only. Never heard of that, but makes sense they charged for the towels upon check out. Never staying there again.

The photos are accurate about the view. Stunning. The property itself is old and run down. Pool has no view and the back of the building has an empty concrete area with no view of the ocean. Truly a waste of valuable beachfront space. Next to Cogo bongo so expect noise until 4am on weekends. Kitchen was ok but had to ask for glasses. Furniture is worn and stained. We saw knat like bugs on bed and on our plates when we ate. This stretch of beach is beautiful but bring a bag to walk the beach in the morning as the partiers and. The crowd the day before leave a mess behind. Check in and check out went smoothly. Have to wait for the front desk to buzz the gate open when you want to come up from the beach, usually no issues but once we had to wait a bit for the gate to open. The days of inexpensive Mexico are a thing of the past. Nearby restaurants are expensive. Great chedriau grocery a few blocks away. Will be back to the hotel zone one day but will book further south.

batalle mucho para dar con el lugar, ya que se anuncia y yo reserve con el nombre de Paradise Beachfront. . . y ese nombre no existe por ningun lado, en realidad es un condominio con otro nombre. Fuera de eso, el lugar y la ubicacion excelente, las instalaciones y atenciones todo estuvo muy bien.

I stayed in room 304B. The view of both the beach and lagoon were great! The location of the hotel can't be beat. The beach is perfect, two 7-11s downstairs and a minute walk to the party area. The shower, fridge, bed, everything was good but if there's one thing that can ruin everything it's being hot, and it was just that. The AC was absolutely worthless, thankfully the ceiling fan helped a little but not much. I thought it may cool down when the sun went down but no, very hot and hard to sleep comfortably. Fix the ac and the place would be great, thanks!

At first the reviews scared me a bit, but after I spent 3 days, I’ve seen nothing but positive stuff. Room was very clean, sheets are clean, staff are friendly, view from the room looks a lot better in real life than pictures. Me and my wife had very good time at room 308A. Maybe the only comment or more of a suggestion to improve is the gate entrance and exit to the beach side, we waited couple minutes before someone would buzz us in and out every time other than that everything was amazing. Hopefully we would come back next year with our son if we get a discount hahaha

Muy buena ubicación y excelente playa

Ocean View was fantastic, but the bathroom sucks water get all over the floor and they only give fresh towels once every other day. They should give unlimited towels. We are on vacation near the ocean you are going to dirty and take shower multiple times. They do not have shower gels or shampoo just a block of bar soap. Other than that it's a great place walkable distance from the flea market and the alot of great resturants and clubs.

Room that was assigned to us was pathetic. There was water drainage problem in bathroom and wash basin. Room was not clean. Even bed sheets dint felt like they were washed. We informed at front desk they say that cleaner will come next day. I will never book again at this place.
