Always stay at Pinnacle because it is in a great location and has wonderful service

Great property and location

We have been coming to the Pinnacle properties for several years and have never been disappointed. The staff, the room and the atmosphere is just right for a relaxing PV vacation

This property is in need of some maintenance and upkeep. Our air conditioning unit leaked our entire stay. Our sink clogged and wouldn't drain. Paint chipping off walls, etc. Many more examples that I could give.

Beautiful property, close to the beach and dining options. Everyone is very friendly and just a great place to get away for a long or short vacation!

Loved the decor, the lounge, the pool needs to be heated!

great location, well appointed condo/room, close to quite a bit in this section of town. Staff very helpful, pool was great!

The only think I liked about this hotel was the penthouse where we stayed And the Guys in the bar downstairs were friendly and attentive. Dont expect to be checked in early. Pool water is cold. Front Desk Staff Rude. No Breakfast nothing special. Large deposit That wasn't put back in my credit card till the 9th day.

The property itself is attractive and staff is friendly. A huge word of caution though! The tile floors in apt and patio are EXTREMELY slick, in part due to the high humidity/moisture in the air! Within the first 30 minutes in apt, I slipped stepping out of the jacuzzi (note: I am fit and was not under the influence of alcohol) and fractured my wrist in 2 places, had to get stitches on my forehead and sustained a mild concussion. Staff came to room and advised urgent care. I ended up hospitalized for the duration of our vacation. No offer for compensation was made by Pinnacle for the horrible experience. I understand accidents happen, but at the very least the owner of unit 506 should put up a cautionary sign and a handrail by the jacuzzi to avoid potential liability. I wouldn't want anyone's vacation in a lovely location to be ruined by an avoidable injury. That being said, MedAssist is within walking distance and all the nurses and physicians were very kind stabilizing me back to be able to return home. Pros: Clean, gorgeous views. Cons: No safety measures in place surrounding jacuzzi or attempt by Pinnacle to make compensation for this poor experience.

Absolutely loved this 2br unit. The property is great and the balcony is soooo nice. Only downside was the ac in the bedroom didn't work right. Other than that i would definately stay again. Hopefully soon!

Great luxury hotel with an amazing infinity bar pool, and breath taking views. Staff was courteous and helpful. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, clubs and other venues. Highly recommended👍

Loved Pinnacle 180. We had the perfect room with the best view! It’s in Zona Romantica but away from the noise. The hotel sits on a hill but has a free funicular to takes us to our hotel so we weren’t deterred to go out for something small like coffee, churros or ice cream. The Malecon was an easy walk away, ~ 5 minutes. The room has everything you need to cook a full spread if you like. Gresy was our housekeeper and did a fabulous job. Although I wish we had the option to decline washing our linens and towels daily. We come from drought-ridden California so we’re conscious about water conservation. We finally figured out we could just write a note in our broken Spanish. The infinity pool was refreshing although small, and had a beautiful view. Poolside drinks and food was excellent, loved the berry salad and taquitos!! The only downside was that the closest beach, Los Muertos, was not the most scenic and quite crowded but you can catch all the private boats and water taxis from the iconic pier to seeks other beaches and action elsewhere. Conchas Chinas beach was much more scenic and apparently if the water is calm, you’d be able to snorkel from there. Luckily, it’s a few Uber bucks away. If you’re looking to hang out at a large resort and plan to spend most of your time there, this is not really your place. To me, this hotel was a gorgeous place to relax, but also a great place to be near the restaurants and action! We’d rebook here in a heartbeat!

El lugar está lindo pero por el precio creo hay mejores, tenía cosas fallando o maltratadas, te hacen dejar en efectivo o débito 8,000 pesos y si es débito te los liberan 2 días después, la alberca es pequeña

ME AGRADO EL LUGAR, MUY LIMPIO, FACIL DE ACCESAR Y UN LUGAR MUY TRANQUILO. NO ME GUSTO QUE CUANDO NO MENCIONAN ANTES DE RESERVAR QUE TIENES QUE DEJAR UN DEPOSITO POR UNA BUENA CANTIDAD $$ Y QUE LO VAYAN A REGRESAR HASTA 2 DIAS DESPUES DE DEJAR LA ESTANCIA.
