Aggressive Racoons all over the place… can’t enjoy the surrounding area immediately out the door of the room. Power went out in the hotel. Left a few hours after checking in.

We were greeted the very first step onto the property! The owner checked us in and treated us to a room upgrade. We were in room 8 which was a second story room & had a lovely outdoor sitting area with a view of both the pool and ocean. Our room had a king bed, AC, mini fridge, kettle & coffee maker. Our safe didn’t work so we just kept things with us while we went out unfortunately. We ate dinner once in the restaurant which was delicious. We had a fabulous time at the resort. We were under the impression breakfast was included with our reservation bad sadly was not. I think including a breakfast would be a great addition. Location of the resort was good for walking to a few restaurants(not a ton in the immediate area), 7/11 convenience store, bike/scooter rentals. Hotel is directly on the beach & made for perfect Sunrise views! We walked into Tulum town and another day rented bicycles which we’d do both again! Really cute place overall, was very quaint, clean and all staff were pleasant friendly and helpful!

The staff could not have been better. They went out of their way to greet you and provide excellent service. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and are up early cleaning and maintaining the property.

I loved my stay! My room had an amazing view and was so pretty!...every day enjoyed the sunshine...The staff was super nice! Ale was very kind and professional. I would love to come back!

Die Lage direkt am Meer wäre sehr schön, wenn es kein Seegras hätte. Die Strandliegen sind auch super bequem. Herzig eingerichtet und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Lovely local style hotel. Our beachfront room was perfect for listening to the ocean as we slept. The little bay would be perfect for swimming but the Sargassum was an ever present problem—arriving out of the normal season this year. The small plunge pool served as a nice alternative for cooling off. The hotel is located on a short stretch with lovely restaurants, a few small shops and a handy convenience store. The on site restaurant was tasty, and on beach service at guest-only cabanas and beach chairs was very convenient and friendly.

Clean room, friendly helpful staff. Small and quaint location right on the beach😊

All the staff are friendly and worldly. Luis, the night security guard was wonderful. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous beach and views, a great spot in Tulum.

Es un hotel muy cómodo para descansar, cuenta con todos los servicios muy atentos todo el personal la alberca siempre limpia, la comida muy rica Cuenta con playa a nosotros nos tocó el tema del sargazo

Excellent hôtel. Nous avons été très très bien reçu. Nous avons même été surclassé. L’hôtel est super bien placé face à la mer et plein de charme. Nous reviendrons ici avec plaisir.

El personal esta muy amable y atento. La habitación está bonita pero falta mantenimiento y los muebles lucen gastado. La cama fue muy cómoda

Cerca de atracciones y amenidades. Lo único es que cuesta extra el estacionamiento.

Great staff, okay breakfast and free loungechairs. The sea was a bit rough, and it’s about 4 kilometers from the next beach, so bear that in mind if you book. Punta piedra is quieter, which is both good and bad. :)

Very quiet place to stay. Small hotel very friendly.

Steps to your private-like small beach for sunrise and chill. Breakfast basically on the beach. Rustic chill style. Bathroom is close to bed, warn your partner before the orchestra begins.
